The best so far
I’ve been using The Way for a few weeks now, and so far it’s the only mediation app that I’ve been able to stick with continuously. The fact that there is just one set path to follow makes it incredibly easy to use, which I think is crucial for someone who doesn’t really know what they’re doing when it comes to meditation. The audio tracks are available in 10 or 20 minutes, and Henry’s voice has a really calming effect, so it doesn’t feel like a chore to sit for a mediation; quite the opposite - I now find myself looking forward to using it on a daily basis. I’m excited to continue on this journey and am so glad I found The Way.

Focused Meditation Guidance
I’ve been testing the beta version of The Way for a bit now and it is by far the best meditation app I have ever used. The structure utilizes a single path that creates focus and reduces that anxious feeling of popping all around to try different styles.

Finally an effective approach to embedding regular meditation
As someone who has struggled in the past to embed meditation into my daily routine, this app has finally helped me to establish it as a regular habit. The structured linear approach is extremely effective, minimising the complexity/distraction I’ve encountered in other meditation apps. The pathway approach systematically builds deeper understanding of mindfulness and meditation in addition to the daily “sit”. Highly recommend to anyone, whether new to, or experienced in, meditation practice 🙏🏻
