Simple but good for starters

I been having lots of health issues that prevents me from jumping or workout the way I used to. Also I am very out of shape only been using the app for a week but I feel like it’s helping me get back in the game. It’s simple but there is timers so you feel structure and there is different levels. I have bad knees and ankles and I can still do these exercises.

Not for beginners

I started the program and first day was great. 2nd day I wasn’t able to do after the first exercise. It is definitely not for beginners unfortunately

Pretty good

I have only done two days of their wall Pilates challenge and my legs are sooooo sore. This app is pretty limited if you’re not paying but it’s exactly what I wanted! I was looking for a way to do wall Pilates without having to pay a bunch of money for a month long plan. My only issue is that you have to pay to do literally and of their other workouts.

I love this app

This is the best app I feel like I’m going to have abs and no time and I’m in lazy clothes and I don’t have to change try it I recommend

Very poor streaming ability and does not show demonstration of each exercise therefore more difficult to do with just a description

Easy to use but…

limited variety of exercises. You will indefinitely get bored from the lack of variety. The upside is the exercises are accessible and the short workouts are easy to fit into your life. Good to use for a quick add on!

Was working

I liked this app… slightly repetitive.
I am using the free version of the app and got to day 25. Now I can’t get past a disclaimer warning. There is no button to clear it or accept it. I can only tap on the side of it to get out. But it’s not letting me progress or use the app at all. I deleted it and downloaded it again but that didn’t work.

Not interactive

I just started using the app, I’m a few days in, and I’m disappointed in how little customization is available. It’s an extremely basic app with limited workouts for the price. I would not recommend this app if you're looking for a long term workout solution. I'm comparing this app to other workout apps I use on a regular basis, which have awesome free versions.

Like!

One of the few fitness apps that doesn’t annoy me)

Pictures and instructions don’t always match

Not a bad super basic Pilates app but frustrating at times because the picture is showing something a bit different than the voice instructions. Also, sometimes the instructions don’t make sense (like with ones that you alternate legs balancing on one but it tells you not to let your leg touch the ground).
