So excited for the future of this app
I’ve been following Morgan for a very long time and when I saw she was rolling out her own app I was beyond excited. Culture of motion is the fitness app I’ve been searching for. The workouts are the perfect mix of everything and are tweakable so that I can fit them into my already active lifestyle. I’ve started the motion program and am already seeing massive improvements in my strength and flexibility. I also REALLY appreciate the private group chats as Morgan is very active in there and answers questions as well as takes feedback about the app.

I’ve been weight lifting on-off for 4-5 years now but mostly powerlifting and bodybuilding style. I want to change it up and try something new for a bit. I love to watch Morgan’s style of training so want to giving her program a go. So far loving it! Each workout is challenging and I feel strong. Everything in the program is superset so it’s a little challenging sometime at my gym when the equipments are being used to far from the other. But I can mostly work around that and still have an effective workout.
Now, there are a lot more that could be improved user experience wise. Some task flows of the app are not so smooth and seem a little confusing to navigate. I’d also love to be able to switch/move the workout around during the week since I can’t hit the gym on the same day every week due to my work. So I might want to move my rest day or my active recovery to the day that I can’t make it to the gym.
I know the app is still very new, so I hope and I’d love to see more features, better flow, more well designed user interface and user experience as the app evolve! :)Developer Response

We did just recently add the ability to move your rest days around, and are working on adding some more improvements here soon!Love this app
I’ve been lifting weights for almost 3 years and leading an active lifestyle since I can remember, but this is my first experience using an online program. Culture of Motion is so challenging in a way I haven’t experienced since my first year of weightlifting! It is so easy to fall into a routine in the gym and stop pushing yourself; I think this app is perfect for anyone who feels that way.
The team is also incredibly responsive with any issues or questions and it feels like a family. Could not recommend this app enough. I am currently doing the 5 day Motion program.Developer Response
