  • So excited for the future of this app

    I’ve been following Morgan for a very long time and when I saw she was rolling out her own app I was beyond excited. Culture of motion is the fitness app I’ve been searching for. The workouts are the perfect mix of everything and are tweakable so that I can fit them into my already active lifestyle. I’ve started the motion program and am already seeing massive improvements in my strength and flexibility. I also REALLY appreciate the private group chats as Morgan is very active in there and answers questions as well as takes feedback about the app.

    Can’t wait to see how this app grows and am so excited for the skills tab to open!!

  • Love it but still much to improve UX wise

    I’ve been weight lifting on-off for 4-5 years now but mostly powerlifting and bodybuilding style. I want to change it up and try something new for a bit. I love to watch Morgan’s style of training so want to giving her program a go. So far loving it! Each workout is challenging and I feel strong. Everything in the program is superset so it’s a little challenging sometime at my gym when the equipments are being used to far from the other. But I can mostly work around that and still have an effective workout.

    Now, there are a lot more that could be improved user experience wise. Some task flows of the app are not so smooth and seem a little confusing to navigate. I’d also love to be able to switch/move the workout around during the week since I can’t hit the gym on the same day every week due to my work. So I might want to move my rest day or my active recovery to the day that I can’t make it to the gym.

    I know the app is still very new, so I hope and I’d love to see more features, better flow, more well designed user interface and user experience as the app evolve! :)

We did just recently add the ability to move your rest days around, and are working on adding some more improvements here soon!
  • Love this app

    I’ve been lifting weights for almost 3 years and leading an active lifestyle since I can remember, but this is my first experience using an online program. Culture of Motion is so challenging in a way I haven’t experienced since my first year of weightlifting! It is so easy to fall into a routine in the gym and stop pushing yourself; I think this app is perfect for anyone who feels that way.

    The team is also incredibly responsive with any issues or questions and it feels like a family. Could not recommend this app enough. I am currently doing the 5 day Motion program.

  • Love COM!!

    I’ve been loving the app so far. The imagery is beautiful as well as the app design. It’s easy to get around and find things. The essentials program is looking really good so far! I can’t stress how much I love the option to do 3, 4 or 5 days of training.
    Some things I would like to see in the future are regression options specifically or alternatives in case you’re not able to do the exercise given. And one more thing just for my OCD brain is I would love to see the workout getting ticked off as you move through the session, haha. Still the app is super lovely as is today and I know these features will be added slowly but surely. Thank you Morgan & team, you’ve smashed it yet again. :)

  • Game changer!!

    Genuinely so pleased with this app! I love the schedule the workouts follow and the planned workouts themselves. The mobility tab has quickly become one of my favorite parts about this app. I’ve been a consistent gym goer for the past few years but saw a huge difference almost immediately after starting this program. A great deal of that is due to the way the program is structured as well as the significant focus on mobility that has had my body feeling better than it’s ever felt.
    Aside from which, the meal guides
    are delicious :)
    I recommend this app to everyone. It’s been a game changer for me.
  • Loving this app so much !!

    I’m a busy mom of 2 and the workouts are straight forward and quick ! The difficulty is just right (I’m on the essentials program) and I love the videos of each exercise. I haven’t had a chance to try the recipe portion or Pilates but I’m really excited for all this app has to offer (both present and future). You can definitely tell how much love and passion was put into creating this app and all the workout splits.
  • Just what I needed!

    Culture of Motion has so much to offer! From the different exercise programs based on intensity level and how many days per week you want to workout, to the mobility tabs, recipes, sound baths, Pilates, etc! I’m still making my way through all of it! But the workouts are amazing and I’m loving it! I really needed something to excite me and motivate me to push harder and Morgan is definitely doing it! It’s the challenge that I needed to become better, stronger, and healthier. I’ve been in my comfort zone for too long and I can’t wait to see where this program will take me!
  • Love Morgan!!

    I have followed Morgan for years and was so excited for this app! I love the video demos, warm ups, cool downs, and the pilates and mediation features. And the price is SO reasonable. Some hiccups I have noticed is that when it tells you to do 3 rounds of a certain set you can’t check off you did one round and just have to scroll back and forth from the rest timer. Also once I swipe to a new set it often says I competed the entire workout when I have not yet. These are minor things but would make the flow of the workout feel better. I’m looking forward to when she adds a handstand program or pregnancy program!! Forever and always will support my girl 🩷🩷!!
  • Great app for athletic women

    This app is awesome. It’s has so much to offer for the price!! The recipes, Pilates, mobility, and mindfulness videos all in addition to fun and unique workouts is amazing. However, I think this app is not tailored for beginners, it seems to be for women who already have experience working out - although every exercise does offer a video breaking down the exercise to make sure you’re doing it correctly. Another thing is that Morgan said she wants this app to be specifically for women and with that in mind, I think this app can offer “quick tips” or facts about your menstrual cycle affecting athletic performance, in both positive and negative ways - for example I tend to PR during my follicular phase of my cycle and during other phases I tend to crave protein. So if this app is truly made for women by women, I think this would be important to offer. So far I love the app and if I could give it a 4.5 I definitely would!! I’m excited to see how this app evolves and am here for the long haul!!

    I have absolutely loved this app and all it’s amenities. The ability to free type notes within each workout, this app is user friendly, the workouts are realistic and the creator (Morgan) obviously is amazing! This app has already help transform my goals and my physique! I recommend 1,000 times!!! Thank you for creating this change in my life!!! 💚💚💚💚💚
