  • The Best of the Best!

Ive tried SEVERAL fitness apps and ebooks over the years and nothing beats a Morgan Cook workout! My body feels and looks the best when I follow her programs. Strong, fit, and healthy is always my goal and this is what her programs do for me! I love her philosophy on movement, functional exercises, and fun combos and mixes she creates. She also infuses gymnastics based movements into her workouts which makes my ex gymnast heart happy. Give it a go!
  • Love and recommend!

I’m one week in and absolutely love culture motion! I have a very busy schedule that’s Leo’s me in the move for over 12+ hours a day and CM has helped me sneak in workouts. CM is clear, to the point, and the video demonstrations help a lot!

So happy to be in CM and can’t wait for it to grow and expand even more!
  • Perfection

This fitness app is what I’ve been searching for! The layout, the workouts, the extra parts, it’s all so amazing! Love Morgan so much! I love the feeling of training like an athlete and working on increasing your strength and endurance, not just working towards a certain body aesthetic! So wonderful 💚
  • Used for one week so far

Being able to have the workouts at my fingertips for only $10 a month is worth it, but I do have some qualms and suggestions.

First off, Things I love!! the price, the mobility routines(stretching for all types of body parts), the section under your profile to track pictures, progression and more, and generally having a full body workout plan based on strength and not looks.

While the workouts are challenging, I find that I need regressions for a lot but they dont offer them.
Things like 40 pullups followed by 40 pushups is A LOT. I know I can use a band for pullups but then for my pushups, I cant even do them on my knees. Maybe add a regression level into the app, since we are paying to have the workout for us and not for us to think about other exercises we can do when these are too difficult.(the previous app morgan did was great with this- they had regressions and progressions that you could swap out)

The other thing is mainly just working up to it. I did the full leg day on monday(over 300 reps of leg workouts), and then by wednesday its a “full body” with more leg workouts, which was A LOT. I ended up being too sore to do it and didnt want to injure myself.

It would be nice to have a beginner month if just working up to this intensity. (Different from the essentials program)

Lastly, I wish they offered more pilates that was specific body part. There arent much ab exercises in the program so it would be awesome to have a full ab pilates section. I just do pilates off youtube still.

Overall a good app if you are able to tweak your own workouts and you are able to know when to stop pushing yourself (to mitigate injuries)

Also maybe adding more of a handstand section also! It would be cool to have sections to choose from like that. Strength workouts or handstand / mobility skills.

Thanks morgan! I know this app is still a baby and I’m excited to see what else is added (:
  • AMAZING

Morgan is amazing so it’s no surprise that Culture of Motion is just as amazing! When I’m working out I feel like Morgan (or a personal trainer) is right there w me every set every rep. I absolutely love the workouts and I’m so excited to make this a part of my lifestyle. I feel like Culture of Motion will help me stay consistent compared to other programs I’ve tried.
