I love this program! It had so much content and I love the workout program and how it’s split. Morgan has videos explaining how to do every exercise which is so helpful. Would definitely recommend!
  • Awesome job! well done, fit app!!

Love all the detail to being on a fitness app after comparing to 4 others I’m on. Timer☑️
Layout of itemized workout for the day ☑️
    Reset days☑️
  • Genuinely Loving This

The app brings a fresh perspective to app-based fitness programs. Set up to be incorporated into your life long term, it does away with the classic 8-12 week programs and provides programs that are constantly building on themselves and giving more.

The workouts challenge me and I am starting to see differences in my performance, strength and overall mobility.

My one piece of feedback is to provide some regressions for the more advanced moves. This would be helpful for building strength and maintaining good form as you work up to the full move.

Still giving 5 stars as this app is new to the game. I’m loving everything it has provided so far and am excited to see it evolve!
  • Great but I have some suggestions!

Just want to begin by saying that I’ve been following Morgan for so long and loved her program with the Move With Us app, and I was hoping this app would be just like that was.

I absolutely love that it is only $10/month, that we have recipes, that we can track our progress, and most importantly I love the workouts so far! My only issues are app related.

I don’t necessarily like how you ‘complete’ the workouts. As you move through the workouts and tap on the next movement, the app only goes through one set of each exercise and marks it as complete even though you have three sets to go through. I’m not sure if I’m using it wrong, but it would be much better if the app lead you through all of the sets of each workout each day and then marks it as complete like the Move With Us app.

Additionally, I was hoping that there would be more movements for the warm ups and cool downs, and a day for mobility focused stretching in the essentials program. I’m also having trouble trying to switch which days I workout and which days can be rest days- haven’t figured that out yet.

Other than that, I absolutely love the app and can’t wait to keep using it and seeing it improve!
  • THE BEST

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this wonderful app! Morgan put so much consideration and work behind the creation of Culture of Motion and it truly shows. I love that the program goes year round. You hear that? Year round. This isn’t 8 weeks or a block of time this is a whole year of workouts that you can change programs with if you need. The incorporation of mobility in the workouts as well as Pilates is a true game changer. This is hands down the best app for working out and the community is full of lovely people who build you up.
  • Amazing program!

Very happy with my program! This app is amazing, highly recommend.
  • A all in one fitness app!

It’s hard to find a fitness program/app that encompasses its all! I have been through many programs since building home gym trying to find one that embodies all aspects of fitness! Morgan has done it with this app! Previously I did CrossFit for 10years I have been on the hunt for a program that helps me focus more on strength/ mobility and just feeling good after workouts! Morgan has made it where a daily workout warms you up, hit some strength/ accessory training, a little burner at the end and then cools your down! Another bonus this app have amazing recipes for meal prep and fb community with awesome members to share goals with! The app has 2 programs to choose from to fit your lifestyle and training time! You can tell Morgan put her heart and soul into this app! Thank you for creating this platform!
  • FANTASTIC!

I highly recommend this fitness app!

The training style is amazing, focusing also on warm ups, mobility, stretching and cool-downs, which is something that most training apps/programs don’t offer. The app itself is very intuitive and easy to use, the rest timer and recipes section adds a thoughtful touch, making the app even more convenient!

What I truly appreciate about this program is the opportunity to connect with more people through the Facebook group and also to get some valuable insights, motivation posts and support messages from Morgan! This app has everything you need to keep you motivated and inspired to achieve your goals. It feels amazing to be a part of this community :)
  • What I Like (And What I’d Like to See) in the Motion Program

Morgan provides a woman-focused community, making this workout app a great choice for women. The app is user-friendly and offers easy-to-follow workouts. I have loved following the Motion 4-Day Program. This program is an especially great fit for those who know their way around complex gym machines. As the app evolves, I would like to be able to customize the workouts based on the equipment I have available. I travel for work a lot, and I don’t always have access to the gym equipment needed for the Motion program.
  • Motion in culture is essential 🤩

I remember finding Morgan on IG just before pandemic and it has been a blessing to be a part of her journey and now to be one of the first in her new app 😱

I’m two weeks in and absolutely loving the layout and flow of the app and workouts. I’m someone who struggles to find time during the day as I am up super early for work and don’t get home until late where I am gassed. Culture Motion has helped me find 25-35m to crush the workouts where I’m not stressed about, having the right equipment, enough space, enough time, and so many external factors.

The video demonstrations are also really helpful in seeing the exercise and the motion of each exercise (which is really important!).

I’m also loving the recipes! Super quick and easy to make where I don’t feel I’m having to buy excess ingredients.

Overall, loving the app in its early stages and can’t wait as it develops more and more!
