  • Loving it so far!

I’ve just started this week but so far I’m loving a lot about this app. Here are a few of them:

    - The overall aesthetic is satisfying, clean, organized, and makes me feel motivated to go to the gym and get my workouts in.

    - I love that aside from a video showing form, there is also a video explaining how to achieve that form. I’ve found these super helpful and like to watch them before going to the gym!

    - The mobilities tab is a game changer, and I’ve been recommending it to friends and family who have different kinds of body/joint pains that may want to try a few things out. I also love that there’s dynamic/static mobility depending on your needs.

    - I also LOVE that there’s a warm-up and cool down section to each workout. This highlights the importance of both, as I feel most programs just get right into it.

    - it was also mentioned that a skills tab which would include handstands will be added later on and I’m super excited for that!

So those are all the things I love so far, here are a few things that could be considered for improvement:

    - I love that there are options for how many days you workout, however, while I was trying to organize my week I wanted to change the days around a bit to suit my schedule better. It would be great if there was a way that we could move rest days around to suit our work schedules/lifestyles.

    - I agree that progression options for certain exercises would be awesome. I know a few progressions from experience and learning online, but it’s always nice to see other options that might fit your energy levels that day, or your overall physical ability at that moment (ie. Injuries, physical disabilities, strength levels, etc.) I think making this accessible to everyone is super important :)

    - I would also love to see a section that might tell you what muscle groups are supposed to be feeling an exercise, so you can make sure you’re doing it correctly. (ie. The difference between feeling it in your glutes vs hamstrings)

That’s all I can come up with right now. Overall it’s a wonderful, well-rounded app that I am excited to keep using throughout my fitness journey!
  • LOVE THIS APP

Love the versatility and all the resources included with this app. Lots of great recipes, mobility, notes to record weights, videos to demonstrate, and much more!!! Could not recommend this app more! Morgan did an AMAZING job. The workouts keep you on your toes 🤭
  • Outstanding fitness app!!

Currently 7 weeks postpartum and running the essentials program to rebuild strength. Love the option for 3/4/5 days per week and the freestanding Pilates and mindfulness workouts to add when possible. Essentials would be great for beginners and Morgan does a great demo for each exercise. Can’t wait to work up to the motion program as I’m sure it’ll be just as great! Extra bonus for the aesthetic… the app is easy to use, clean, and BEAUTIFUL!
  • Great workouts with high potential

I am loving the simplicity of the app and the content is superb! Reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars are mainly because it’s early, the app is developing and growing. I am not able to choose what days of the week appear as rest or active days. The main workouts are viewed in a list and you have to complete the rounds independently meaning without just hitting “next” and the app repeating the moves. That being said, I am becoming more inclined to this as I don’t bother to hold my phone near me or have the screen visible the entire workout! Again, simplicity, focus on your body not your phone! I am excited to see all the content to come! Morgan has a great mindset and a clear passion that comes through with her evident knowledge!
  • Great app so far

The app is easy to navigate and user-friendly. Maybe I haven’t figured it out, but once I’ve completed each workout it would be cool to check it off for the day. However, that’s unimportant and doesn’t negatively affect the experience. The explanatory videos are so educational and really help with performing each exercise correctly which in turn means more effective workouts. Great starting price to get locked into! And of course, it just started so it can only get even better from here!

Edit: you can, in fact, mark workouts as complete!
  • 9/10! ⭐️

I absolutely love this app and have followed Morgan for years, so no surprise! I do wish there was an option for body weight only workouts though! Maybe in the future! Definitely won’t stop me from just figuring it out in the meantime!
  • Fresh start

I’ve never tried a workout program, or used an app before. So I’m really excited to see where this takes me! I’ve really enjoyed the first couple workouts, and feel the flow of the app is really nice! I already feel like the things I’ve learned so far, are things I’ll be able to use in my life forever.
  • 2 week Review

Loving the app! Very user friendly and gives options if you cannot complete some of the movements. Couldn’t recommend enough!
  • Exactly What I Wanted

Loving the app and the programming so far! The warm up and cool down has been so crucial to incorporate and my mobility and flexibility is already better than when I started. Good job Morgan, I really expected nothing less from you!
  • OBSESSED!

Been absolutely loving the app! It helps keep me on track and motivated!!! I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking to stay on track or looking for a way to start. 🥰
