The idea is fantastic and I love my teacher. But the app itself needs some work.
I had an appointment switch times but the original time had passed so when my instructor messaged me where to meet him, I couldn’t get to the message. The app kept asking me how the class went and to rate it, but it hadn’t happened yet. I’d exit the app, clear my apps completely, start fresh, and again it would pop up with a rating review before I could see the instructors message.
There’s nowhere to look at your profile. No subscription management system. No receipt of purchase/past order history.
I purchased a weekly subscription for a discounted price and I’d like to be able to see just how much it was for how many sessions and what it entailed. (What my instructors hourly rate is, etc.)
Must say the app was very easy and user friendly. Nora was a huge help too !!
Booked lessons and didn’t find quality of it helpful. Asked for a refund of just my unused lessons and they refused to refund me for the extra lessons that I PAID for. Basically they will keep your money and force you to use their service. Very shady business practice.
I can’t say enough good things about our surfing instructor, Jay. After about 10 minutes of instruction, they paddled out to the catch some big waves. In her first attempt, my 11-year-old granddaughter caught a 16-second ride. It was a big thrill for her and for her grandpa!
She caught six more great rides.
We’ll be back next summer.

Like most people these days, I was intrigued by pickle ball. However, I had never played and didn’t know where to start. I am so glad I found this app and was immediately linked with multiple coaches across my city. It’s really easy to book appointments on the app, and you can immediately see the coaches openings. They were able to get a court (a REALLY nice one in the lake) and I loved it after just one lesson. I also didn’t have equipment, which the teacher provided. I highly recommend it to people who are interested. You will not feel intimidated by the sport with your coach, and you’ll love it!

App has everything we need. Scheduling and communicating with our instructor is super easy and straight forward. Nicole has been extremely helpful and available for any questions I had. Highly recommend using this app and this program.
I had two good Pickleball lessons but had to cancel the 3rd due to an emergency. Recently, I had a great experience with Natasha from customer service. She handled my situation with professionalism and empathy, helping to issue a partial refund quickly. This app is good for beginners looking to improve at sports, and I highly recommend Natasha from their customer support team!
I was nervous starting lessons because I had never played, but my coach Jacob was the best. He kept it fun and broke down the fundamentals. I’m happy the app made it easy to stay in touch with Jacob in between lessons and schedule more as well. I highly recommend the service to anyone looking to learn or improve.
