After struggling to get ahold of other coaches online, this app made it super easy to find a coach and get scheduled quickly. I love my pickleball lessons and definitely will be coming back for more after my initial pack is done. Very grateful to their responsive customer support team too that has helped me coordinate my lessons, thanks Hanna!
Used app for the first time this week.
Got very good communication, kept me posted with my lesson and instructor. Reasonable prices and many choices of instructors to choose from. Our first instructor was very helpful and encouraging, providing good feedback. I will return for more lessons.
Booked a lesson with a coach who later went unresponsive to texts. Customer service promised a full refund and later RETROACTIVELY slapped a penalty for cancellation. No service was rendered. Book lessons at your own risk.

Scheduling was a breeze, and the customer service was prompt and helpful when I had questions. A great tool for anyone eager to learn.

Honestly really cool app. I found an awesome instructor (hi John 😂) and was able to sign up for weekly tennis lessons at a nearby park. The lessons are more affordable than any other option I found online and the app works beautifully for scheduling and coordinating. John even brought me a racket for my first few lessons until I figured out that I like tennis enough to buy one. Definitely will be using this company again and hope to see them expand into other things like music and art. My kids would love something like this.
I’m a beginner and really enjoyed my pickleball lessons! My instructor tailored the lessons to my skill level and was very encouraging and passionate about the game. Plus, the team was patient and informative when introducing me to the app. It was easy to chat and schedule with my instructor there. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’m very sorry our support team failed to get back to you. Our support team has historically been incredibly responsive as you can see from our Trustpilot reviews. However, we're a new company still establishing our SOPs so sometimes things slip through the cracks. We're very sorry. We have reviewed this error, figured out where the mistake was, and updated our process to make sure it doesn't happen again.
If your situation still isn’t resolved, please contact support once more so that we can help you the way we should have the first time.If the company invested in their platform instead of fake app reviews maybe it would function better. Even things as simple as scheduling require manual intervention from customer support due to tech issues. Absolute pain to use; likely won’t continue after I spend remaining credits even though I like the coach.

Hey Matt, I'm very sorry to hear of your technical difficulties with the app. We launched them just a few months ago and have dedicated May to getting "bug free.” We just issued a new release this morning which should resolve any technical issues you’ve encountered. We'd love to hear back from you if you get this - we always strive to do better today than yesterday.The app is designed so that after x lessons you must rate your instructor/lesson (how many stars). You cannot get around this or continue using the app without doing so. This is troubling and will deter me from further use.
