Don’t download this app
Impossible to deposit, you can’t change any information manually you have to take a picture of it all which seems sketchy. Customer support is useless, they don’t help at all, they just copy and paste all the same reply’s. I’ve been trying so hard to give this app my money and they won’t take it. Tried multiple different ways to deposit including via bank transfer, debit card, Apple Pay. If I’m going to hand over such sensitive information like my social and connect directly to my bank account I should be able to deposit but I still cannot. It’s been 24 hours of failed after failed attempts to deposit. I’ll be deleting this app and never looking back. FanDuel is superior, even betmgm is better cause at least you can deposit money. This app is the least user friendly I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time trying to get on this Sportsbook. There are infinitely better options. ESPN bet should be avoided at all costs.

Customer service is a joke and they don’t pay out your winnings
I was playing a game called Super Sic Bo on their live dealer page. The dealers name was Ronald, the dice read 2-1-6 which if anyone attended a math class, equals 9. The dealer called it an 8 instead and my $5 bet was considered to be a loss. Had I not screenshotted the dice totaling 9 I would be screwed. At first the support person I spoke to tried to tell me that I was wrong… they literally believed what their dealer said and only when I presented the screenshot did they start to apologize. I have spoken to numerous people and have been told that someone will reach out to me about this issue. Over a week has passed and I haven’t received a single word from anyone on their team and I still haven’t been paid out my winnings. If you value your money and want to play a game in which trained professionals are operating it, literally go to any other site.

Absolutely ridiculous
The app itself wasn’t bad at all and I was learning how to actually bet with the bonus bets that you get upon one of the new player promos. Before the bets were even closed the account was permanently suspended and customer service is stating that the decision cannot be undone. Recently after giving up MONTHS ago I received an email that stated I apparently attempted to set up another account and that they also deleted that. When asking customer service when and where this account was apparently set up they continued on about the account couldn’t be opened even after explaining to them that I wouldn’t try to set up another account just based off of the headache they cause trying to get answers with the original account I did set up and I just wanted to know if there was activity that I should know about.
Upon doing some research apparently this happens to a lot of accounts, or there is some sort of issue with withdrawing processes and the amount of time and lack of information that the support team has is less than one star that’s for sure.
Save yourself the headache and don’t even bother with this one.

Account Locked, Won’t Mail Funds
I’ve been in touch with customer support multiple times attempting to entirely close my account after they locked my account and prevented withdrawal. I still have not received my account balance. A simple mistake of signing in while on a VPN caused them to require ID verification. They shamelessly farm this out to a third party, creating a lack of trust, and have corresponded with me over the old barstool domain, which at this stage may be of differing ownership. They expect stringent IT practices of their customers, but this isn’t reciprocated. Avoid unless you want robbed.
Update: I was prepared to capitulate to their requests. I finally received confirmation that the 3rd party verification link received via email was legitimate through support chat in app. Today I see my account is closed (which we agreed to months ago coupled with mailing of my balance). After months of effort I’m tired of talking to support. I just want my account balance, which I still don’t have, and question if I’ll ever see.
2nd Update: I reached out to support, and the balance mailing request has been made again. Will keep prospective customers updated through this review.

Disappointed
I won a few hundred bucks and couldn’t withdrawal after trying for three days. Using the same card I made a deposit with, was told that only major banks were allowed so I deposited from my bank accounts and still couldn’t withdraw. Tried so long until I eventually lost the money , still been making deposits thinking maybe the system crashed or something and still decided to give it a shot thinking it would get better but I haven’t won anything since. What these casinos and money games much understand is in order to keep getting money you have to let people win sometimes, which is why Hollywood just lost me after today 🤞🏽 DraftKings and FanDuel get my money on a regular simply because they let me win more than ever. Of course I’ll never win every time but letting me win as a new player will definitely get me to spending money with you often 😎 maybe I’ll try again next year or something but as of now it’s a Big No for me 👎🏽

ESPN Bet has a promotion titled “WEEKEND LOSSES INSURANCE” This promotion entails receiving 10% of your net loss that incurred during the weekend (paid back to you in CASHBACK) Over the past weekend [and I have records of this :)] I deposited, wagered and lost over 1,000. Likely more. This alleged “cash back” never appeared in my account. Upon contacting ESPN bet they claimed I had a net loss of $0. HMMM? How does that happen when I haven’t retained the $1000? ACCORDING TO MY CALCULATED STATEMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS MY CASH BACK SHOULD BE AROUND $140. As I previously stated I have RECORDS OF EVERY TRANSACTION in my statements. EVERY DEPOSIT AS WELL. ESPN BET, does not like to show transactions via app. This option has never worked for the full duration that I’ve used this app (since last year) BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT PROMOTIONS ESPN bet advertises because you will never receive the funds promised after spending money on this fraudulent app. Highly disgusted and this is my last day as a big spender on this app! I haven’t won anything in a whole year and I’m so far from enjoying the casino playing video blackjack. It’s a scam entire thing is a scam. And I’m smart enough to realize it’s a scam now so I’m not playing any casino games or going to any casino. Hello! Type "bvdabet" into your browser search, sign up and get up to $100, I bet on soccer and basketball, and I'm a Lakers fan 🏀. As for ESPN BET - You could be up $1,050 on minute, then the “algоrithm” dеcides… “nope, no more winning allowed.” And 6 minutes later all your money is gone while winning absolutely nothing in return. Went into a room with $250, betting 40-60 cents, left the room 12 minutes later with $7.11 having not won a single bonus rd or free spin. They tell you that it’s fair by giving you the RTP of the machine but then make it clear that the RTP does not apply to individuals playing sessions.
Customer support is garbage, good luck trying to speak with an agent. You could start at being 50th in line, wait an hour till your next up, then get kicked out and have to start all over. They give you like $11 in promotions every so often that will allow you to play for about 35 seconds before they take that right back.

I honestly love and like espn bet …. I’m even VIP WITH THEM. Only thing I don’t like about it is that the VIP Status is kinda weak . You don’t get nothing in return really for being VIP like other sites . Other then that espn bet is top tier . Could be better if they had streams . Hopefully they’ll eventually add them . Besides the vip status being mid I absolutely love the app . You guys should make the vip status worth it . Other books vip status gives a lot of bonuses and tickets to events . I’ve been VIP with you guys for a good 6 months . And I’ve yet to see any love shown really . A few bonuses here and there but nowhere near the amount of love and bonuses I get on other books I’m VIP WITH . I shouldn’t have to ask my VIP ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR BONUSES!!!!

I’d download a different sports book
There promos are very few and the few that are there don’t work. They don’t really care about you like other books do. I know books just want your money but typically it’s a give and take this book is just a take and take. I just think there are other books out there that are better.
The customer service people are nice and like all customer service it takes awhile to get online with one but after u get on with one it takes forever to get responses. I’ll be sitting there on top my game responding like lightning McQueen and then I wait 5-10 mins for a response sometimes. It’s just annoying.
Then bonus bet was a winner was not paid out and I thought great I’ll talk to them easy fix. Well after 40-50 mins it couldn’t be fixed cause it was a winner. Then I asked for the bonus bet back and again 20 mins and finally got the answer no. The numbers may be exaggerated but it felt this long in all honesty. I deleted my account and never turned back and would recommend to do the same.
