Horrendous Sign-Up
This has to be the worst sign up of any Sportsbook app I’ve used. I realize they need real identity, but I’ve had to reach out to support 5+ times to figure out my submissions of identity.
My original submission of ID and selfie went into a black hole, and I never received an update (submitted on Dec 24th). After submission I followed up and didn’t get an answer for like a week. Just checked today (Jan 15th), they could not find my submission. Had to resubmit and was told it’d be another 1-2 days.
So now I’ve submitted multiple pictures of my face and ID and they have no record of it, or any record of the original submission despite having screenshots of all the original conversations. Doesn’t give me a great sense of confidence that they’re taking good care of my data, frankly.
When I asked why it had been so arduous, they said they had to manually check 10-15% of players. I don’t know the mechanics, but no other major Sportsbook has been an issue for me to sign up, show my ID/details, and use it right away. I don't know why the biggest backing company, ESPN (owned by Disney), can’t figure this out. Really really awful experience.

Hi! If you want to bet at a reliable sportsbooк, enter "bvdаbеt" in Gооgle sеarch, bet and win real money, fast withdrawal. I have already withdrawn 350 USD in a week... As for ESPN - You could be up $1,035 on minute, then the “algorithm” decides… “nope, no more winning allowed.” And 6 minutes later all your money is gone while winning absolutely nothing in return. Went into a room with $250, betting 40-60 cents, left the room 12 minutes later with $6.10 having not won a single bonus rd or free spin. They tell you that it’s fair by giving you the RTP of the machine but then make it clear that the RTP does not apply to individuals playing sessions.
Customer support is garbage, good luck trying to speak with an agent. You could start at being 50th in line, wait an hour till your next up, then get kicked out and have to start all over. They give you like $11 in promotions every so often that will allow you to play for about 35 seconds before they take that right back. You will not win anything playing the slots! I guarantee it. Do not waste your time or your money. They will steal it all. If I could give it negative stars I would. If I could take a crap on this app, I would. It’s state sanctioned theft!!!
Sure if you want to waste your time and money use this app. You’re better off with a similar app like 365bet if you don’t want to use the big ones like MGM and DraftKings.

Stole from a grandmother!!
Hey guys just a heads up hear be Safe with this App!! From my experience they will completely ignore you and don’t keep anyone up to date . my grandmother had her account suspended and mind you that she is in her late 60’sss !!!
She spent hours reaching out three emails but they were all the same . She would get a link and that’s when I had to get involved and see it for MYSElF because the poor women was trying for HOURS!!!
It should be a crime to have people like her have to worry about loosing her 500$. And started gambling after her husband died because he used to be obsessed …she’s a retired old lady and somehow ESPN bet is cold hearted and unestablished enough to ignore people without concern …
She continued until the was to tired to keep it up smh she…. it’s a sad and corrupt world we live in be careful with this one guys !!!! I hope for her sake ESPN bet makes up for these Crimes !! I will repost again to keep y’all updated . If all goes well then I can understand but if tomorrow goes the same i will keep speaking up

Excellent platform, pick this site over DK anyday!
Well in just a few days of playing on ESPN Bet, I kind of wonder why anyone even uses Draft Kings anymore?? I think it’s bc DK has a social media page where individuals and groups can share bets and make money, but as far as overall betting odds, payouts, cash outs, etc. ESPN has DK beat by a mile! I love how ESPN gives you the option to adjust the lines and their cash outs are siestas better than DK’s, especially in the beginning of a parlay! I haven’t been on this site long but so far so good. I will be placing a large amount of my bets with ESPN and will be utilizing DK for the large lotto picks I find thru the Social page. If ESPN ever opens a social page on their site, I will prob switch to them completely!! Congrats to ESPN for being #1. Keep up the amazing work!!

Took my information won’t let me sign in
My wife was looking forward to getting into gambling during football. ESPNbet asked to have her driver license scanned and took her last four digits of her SSN. When she tried to log in the message reads that they are trying to verify her identification. That was over a week now and when I try to call I’m on hold for over an hour then I get hung up on. That happened more than once. My wife also tries to talk with someone thru chat and after a long period of holding I get a hold of someone who tells me she is on top of the list and that is all the information that they have at the moment. She asks what else they need to verify and they don’t respond. They just took all her information and won’t even let her sign in to her account.

App issues
The app was good for its promotions, easy to learn how to use, and variety of options for sports betting. But to overcome it all, the amount of problems I have had with receiving promotions to earn cash back, or getting in contact with support is why I won’t be using this app anymore. There are extremely long wait times to eventually be logged out or disconnected for being “inactive” or sending an email to never get a response. You are better off using Fanduel or bet mgm, in my opinion those are the better places to gamble your money on. I was jipped out of too much money at this point to even bother trying to win some back. I’m not one to leave reviews, but the way I experienced this app I hope I give someone a second chance to save their money.

Awful Quality & Customer Service
I signed up for an account on November 16th and still have not been able to access the app. I've been stuck on the identity verification part ever since. I uploaded my license, took a selfie, and yet they still can't verify my identity for some reason. The customer support gives you the same bogus scripted line every single time and the problem never gets resolved. I was told it would be within 48 hours, and we are now approaching ONE MONTH, and my identity has yet to be verified. It almost seems as if they're intentionally freezing people out until the bonus bet promo is over, which is a bad way to run a business in my humble opinion. If you have not already signed up, I highly suggest you find another sportsbook for your gambling needs. If I could rate it at zero stars, I would.

Disappointed!
My girlfriend received an email about a promo with ESPN bet for $200 in bonus bets for new customers and for 3 weeks it has said STILL VERIFYING IDENTITY! She has contacted support and was told they’re experiencing a high volume of new accounts and this could take awhile and there’s no way to expedite it. I take advantage of promos on different apps and this one has some stupid rules. I did the bet $1 and receive $5 in bonus bets and it’s been days and I haven’t received it. I was told to read the small print which says I won’t get the bonus bet until the promo ends and then I have to use it within 7 days. So I can’t use it on what I had intended to use it on. I think they do this intentionally to prevent you from getting any promo! I’d recommend a different app that doesn’t make things so complicated!

DISAPPOINTING! DELIBERATELY DECEITFUL!
I received an email about a promo with ESPN bet for $200 in bonus bets for new customers so I attempted to sign up almost 3 weeks ago and for 3 weeks it has said STILL VERIFYING IDENTITY! I’ve contacted support multiple times and was told they’re experiencing a high volume of new accounts and this could take awhile and there’s nothing I can do to fix it. I’ve had ZERO issues with other sports betting apps, I did everything they asked me to do and I’ve lived in the same home for many years so I’m not sure why this has been such an issue. I feel like they’re trying to ensure I can’t take advantage of this promotion. They’ll wait and say the promo is no longer active and then if they have a new promo, they’ll say I’m already a customer so I don’t qualify if I happen to get some assistance with this, I’ll gladly update this review but I’ve lost hope in that actually happening!
