One Day It Could Be Great
The app itself is fluid for the most parts and the operating systems is user friendly. I actually like the lay out of the bets, where the issue comes in is the customer service is 50/50 depending on which rep you get and the withdrawal time is horrendous. When you speak to any rep about is problem they all have the same response: “our volume high, we can’t do nothing about it. Pending review” blah blah blah. And some reps could care less about your problem. As far as the withdrawal go, I’ve been waiting 4 days for my money. And though that’s not a long time I’m use to getting my money the same day when I use fanduel, bet365 and draft king.

Unbelievable!
Extremely easy to understand interface and user friendly I was able to make a bet within 5 minutes of downloading the app, I had so much time on Monday night left over, I didn’t think I would be able to bet the Monday night game because it was already 6pm and the game starts at 6:15 but I actually had 10 minutes to burn.
Now let’s talk about there payouts, guys it’s actually laughable at this point you won’t believe me if I told you, but I will tell you anyways, it was literally instantly less than 45 seconds I had my winnings in my account and cashed out to my bank in another 30 seconds, unbelievable I know! But it’s true.
I’ve been using draftKings and Fanduel and customer service is virtually nonexistent with those companies, there is no live agents and cash outs. Take up to 48 hours. Winnings take about 30-40 minutes to show up in your account most of the time, just so bad for betters like me.
I can’t express it enough on how much I loved my first experience with ESPNBET it’s absolutely the best by far! there’s literally no comparison this is the Apple product of sports books.
Ohh I almost forgot to mention they gave me a free $200 to bet just minutes after making my first bet. If I had to critique thing it’s that we can’t watch the games in app, they should have like a subscription to where if you make a bet on a game you are able to watch it in the app that would make this app Godmode!

Something to work on
Hi! reliable sportbooк with first deposit bonus, i found it on google for "usbets12"! Fast withdrawal of money... As for ESPN - You could be up $1,040 on minute, then the “algorithm” decides… “nope, no more winning allowed.” And 5 minutes later all your money is gone while winning absolutely nothing in return. Went into a room with $300, betting 30-60 cents, left the room 10 minutes later with $8.00 having not won a single bonus rd or free spin. They tell you that it’s fair by giving you the RTP of the machine but then make it clear that the RTP does not apply to individuals playing sessions.
Customer support is garbage, good luck trying to speak with an agent. You could start at being 50th in line, wait an hour till your next up, then get kicked out and have to start all over. They give you like $11 in promotions every so often that will allow you to play for about 30 seconds before they take that right back. You will not win anything playing the slots! I guarantee it. Do not waste your time or your money. They will steal it all. If I could give it negative stars I would. If I could take a crap on this app, I would. It’s state sanctioned theft!!!

App ok lots of issues
Seems when you opt in to a money back wager the bet cannot be processed. I have had no problems all day but when you opt in it will tell you the selections can’t be verified. The cash out wager is also non existent in game and only available pre game. This is very misleading and could lead to legal action. I was told to delete app and reinstall twice but the next bet goes through fine if not opted in. I finished by asking where the app was based and found out is it not in Michigan. I replied with is this located out of the country and she disconnected from me. Up to you guys but this is a very shady operation and feel espn should think about it twice as their name and face of the operation. AT OWN RISK!!!!!

Over Before It Began - Terrible
I’m not new to sportsbooks. I regularly use Draftkings and Fanduel, and I’ve enjoyed those apps a lot. I saw a commercial for ESPNbet and thought I’d sign up. I signed up for an account but after attempting to login the app displayed an error message saying my account was suspended. I have no idea how my account can be suspended when I haven’t used the app even once. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back- it’s been over a week. It’s obvious their looking for suckers rather than responsible betters. And judging from their UI, it’s as if they’re just trying to emulate other sportsbooks rather than offering anything new or unique. Don’t bother signing up and sign up for one of the more serious sportsbooks. I expected more from such a juggernaut in sports, but maybe a sportsbook was just a bridge too far.

Good app, Horrible customer service
So I just joined the app recently and they gave me bonus bets after my first bet settled , which is amazing. I placed 4 bets and I won two bets. One over $1,000 and one over $500. I requested a withdrawal and i have been waiting 4 days for my money and worried i will not get it. When you contact customer service they just say that there isn’t a time frame and due to the excitement of the app they are working to process withdrawals. How is there no time frame when it said my withdrawal would be reviewed within 24 hours. 24 hours turned into 72 hours + of waiting. Then what makes it worse is that i told them i wanted to use that money to pay for something and was told it would take 72 hours and after that chat my account was temporarily suspended for my “well being” . All I want is the money I earned because I took time into placing those bets to win money for myself to help myself out.

Best sportsbook
Speaking from a extremely active sports handicapper I absolutely love this app. Even though I read some horror stories regarding their Withdrawl method and even stories of ESPN bet stealing bettors winnings I still download it and placed a bet and immediately got my bonus bets and I hit my first bet I withdrew 1/2 of my winnings and it was immediately put into my bank account I mean with in a second I got a notification that my money was funded to me so I don’t know what happens with those other bettors but my experience has been nothing but amazing

Extremely Slow Payouts
Beware!
Whereas payouts with most other Sportsbooks process to your account same day or next day, you will wait an extremely long time for any payout from ESPN Bet. My first withdrawal took 5 days to be approved and hit my PayPal. The second one is currently on Day 3 with no update yet. If you try the 24 hour chat feature, you may end up waiting in line for over an hour just for the support person to tell you that they will send you an email when it is reviewed and approved. As soon as I finish playing through my new customer bonuses, I will likely wait until this facet of the app improves before using them again.

Simply Inferior To Other Services
Maybe you can get past the lack of daily promos that other betting services provide. But the cashout feature is a joke. Rarely offered and when it is, you select it and it fails. Over and over again. The other issue is withdrawals. They promise timely review on requests, within 24 hours. This is not happening. They took $2500 out of my account days ago have yet to authorize the withdrawal. Why put up with these headaches, when other services don’t have these bugs??!! Good luck contacting customer support. You will endure lengthy waiting periods, because surprise they have lots of unhappy customers. I fell for their initial deposit offers, but I am hopefully going to get my money back and leave.

App okay-withdraw and support terrible
I’ve been waiting 4 days now for $300 withdrawal to the casino cage which said would be processed within 24 hours and available at the casino in 48 hours. When I chat with support they don’t give any time frame and just keep telling me to wait and watch for an email update! If I receive my cash out I’ll update this review but until then i would say beware! Or make sure to have Bank that is part of the RTP network they claim that is instant…I doubt it tho!
