Mixed feelings
But I don’t like too much repetition
I had 4 weeks of daily repeats for 3 rounds 😒😟😢😭 I can get more from free you tube workouts as have options and can read the descriptions the app keeps glitching and not playing the video.
I paid for what I wanted but with that the app is super restrictive and therefore boring 🥱 couldn’t compete - moved to Asana Rebel

Pleasantly surprised
I haven’t used any of the recipes but have made my shopping list to start.
The app is very easy to navigate and the team responds quickly to any queries.

Not recommended
Giving vague instructions like "stretch your neck in whatever way you like" shows the lack of proper knowledge behind this app. It can be dangerous to do that. Some ways of stretching your neck aren't helpful at all. Very sloppy.

Charging
To my surprise, I noticed a subscription fee on my bank statement a month later. After some investigation, it appears that the app automatically enrolled me in a subscription without my explicit consent. I feel misled and frustrated, as I never intended to subscribe or provide any payment information.
I reached out to customer support for assistance, but the response was slow, and the representative seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. They offered generic advice that didn’t address my specific concerns, leaving me feeling ignored and dissatisfied.
I would advise anyone considering this app to be cautious. As it stands, my experience has been negative due to the unauthorized charge and lack of effective customer support. I’m still working to get a refund and hope others don’t have to go through the same ordeal. Until they improve their billing practices and customer service, I cannot recommend this app.

Each user selects a subscription plan and is billed according to the terms of that plan. For full details, please refer to the confirmation email and the checkout page completed prior to payment. After been charged over $50 for the month this isn’t great. I think the idea of the app is great but the bugs need to be ironed out.

Complicated
Whole course looks good but I think I’ve made a mistake enlisting, due to the complicated navigation around the program and on a small screen. If I wasn’t using the app could I still join the program on my computer laptop?
The food menu looks delicious but at 81 and on my own and on a restricted budget I’m not sure I can go to involved recipes for many of the meals.
I’m in reasonably good health as I look after a two acre garden my late husband and I started from scratch, so often Im running low on energy at the end of the day so will be adjusting to simpler versions with less ingredients. I’m a poor breakfast partaker and lunch is brief. Despite all this I’m keen to lift my game with more interesting food when I can and the many other tips and ideas all sound realistic and helpful.
The weigh in is a good idea. I’d have to say I’ve basically dieted off and on all my life.
Low carbs or no carbs seem to work the best.
