Impossible to end subscription

Like many apps, we use auto-renewal to ensure uninterrupted access. The pricing and renewal details are displayed during sign-up, and we cannot charge your card without your authorization and you are in control of your subscription and can cancel it at any time to avoid future charges. Add ons
I watch what I eat and exercise daily. I have hopes this will keep me on track but I am already struggling with the recipes. It would be helpful to have things that use the same proteins or salads so you are not jumping all over and making tons of meals. The lunches seemed like they were developed for someone who has access to a full kitchen at lunch. I pack my lunch and need easier options.
It was a bit clunky on Sunday trying to look at the meals for the next week and make a grocery list. I kept going to previous week and only showing me Sunday. I had to go to calendar and click the next week. Then anytime I added to shopping list it would kick back to Sunday.
There is 1 snack a day and it can vary from 100 calories to 360 calories a day. It would be helpful to have guidelines of intake a day and a search if you want to substitute. I have a 1 month subscription and I will try for a few more weeks and see what happens.

AVOID
Two weeks later ‘Kristie’ apologised that I had not received my refund and apologised, understood my frustration …. blah, blah, blah… and assured me again that I would receive a full refund. A week later and still waiting.

So, I immediately got in touch with them after I canceled just to confirm that I was with my cancellation policy window. I was informed that because the program was tailored to me, they would not refund me. What I received does not appear to be anything particularly special or tailored to me.
I want nothing to do with this company, I should have been more careful about entering into an agreement with them. they are taking advantage of people.
