Don’t waste your money!
I found that the app was targeted towards women who have menopause but are typically a beginner and has never lift a weight or climbed a set of stairs.
The exercise are at most basic and if the app had anything more advance to offer or something would at least make your feel a little burn, it was too difficult to find it.
For the nutrition side of things I felt as it was recipes for people eating ultra processed food every day. I’m not almond mum but I still like to mindful when it comes to what I eat - trust me I love a sweet treat! But this app doesn’t do any of that. Its recipes are not only bland but it lacks any vitamins and minerals and substitutes it for high calorie foods but small portions of it - e.g. lunch will be a 1 bagel and 1 tbsp of cream cheese.
I wish they had a free trial so I could see what I was signing up for and a little more research towards what women need to eat during this time of their life would be nice.
If your a women in menopause, or any other women looking for a lifestyle change: please don’t purchase this app! You won’t get what your looking for and especially considering the price, it’s not worth your money.

We understand that everyone’s preferences and needs are different, especially when it comes to fitness levels and dietary habits. Our goal is to offer flexibility and options that cater to a wide range of users, and we’re actively working on updates to better serve those needs. While we don’t offer a free trial at the moment, we do have an affordable introductory price for the first month, allowing users to explore the app before committing long-term. ReverseHealth app
Weight tracker - would be better if the user could see more than the last few days of weight. i.e. to be able to view weight logs from the commencement of tracking. Weight can go up & down in a week but if the user can see the picture generally across the weeks / months weight it’s encouraging.
Meal logs - substitutes (even from the apps recipes) are not consistently able to be selected - even if they’ve been marked as ‘favourites’.
Also who has 30+ minutes to prepare breakfast on weekdays?? Need more options that are quick or at least pre-prepable.
Would be helpful if there was a filter option to choose lunchbox (ie cold) option recipe lists for workdays & then choose the longer, hot food options for non-work days / evenings.

Regarding the weight tracker, we agree that being able to see long-term progress is important. We’ll pass this feedback on to our development team for future updates.
