App froze

Finish off one of the exercises and screen pop up and says congratulations. Two more task to complete for the day tap to continue and you can’t get back to the screen. It freezes there.

Freezes on congratulations screen

This is my second day using the app but every time I’ve gone to log and activity, it display a congratulations screen which you cannot get past. Click continue and nothing happens. It’s really frustrating- the only solution appears to be to switch off your phone and restart… please fix because I’d like to give the app a proper trial.

Don’t waste your money!

Unless your a very specific demographic…

I found that the app was targeted towards women who have menopause but are typically a beginner and has never lift a weight or climbed a set of stairs.
The exercise are at most basic and if the app had anything more advance to offer or something would at least make your feel a little burn, it was too difficult to find it.

For the nutrition side of things I felt as it was recipes for people eating ultra processed food every day. I’m not almond mum but I still like to mindful when it comes to what I eat - trust me I love a sweet treat! But this app doesn’t do any of that. Its recipes are not only bland but it lacks any vitamins and minerals and substitutes it for high calorie foods but small portions of it - e.g. lunch will be a 1 bagel and 1 tbsp of cream cheese.

I wish they had a free trial so I could see what I was signing up for and a little more research towards what women need to eat during this time of their life would be nice.

If your a women in menopause, or any other women looking for a lifestyle change: please don’t purchase this app! You won’t get what your looking for and especially considering the price, it’s not worth your money.

While we don’t offer a free trial at the moment, we do have an affordable introductory price for the first month, allowing users to explore the app before committing long-term. Moving feature

For the exercise feature. I wish you could enter more then just one exercise and enter the amount of minutes exercised.

ReverseHealth app

The daily logging practise is good, as are the daily tips with short & extended read options. The encouragements are nice. And the daily opening reminder of ‘progress, not perfection’ is great. So helpful :)

Weight tracker - would be better if the user could see more than the last few days of weight. i.e. to be able to view weight logs from the commencement of tracking. Weight can go up & down in a week but if the user can see the picture generally across the weeks / months weight it’s encouraging.

Meal logs - substitutes (even from the apps recipes) are not consistently able to be selected - even if they’ve been marked as ‘favourites’.
Also who has 30+ minutes to prepare breakfast on weekdays?? Need more options that are quick or at least pre-prepable.
Would be helpful if there was a filter option to choose lunchbox (ie cold) option recipe lists for workdays & then choose the longer, hot food options for non-work days / evenings.

Regarding the weight tracker, we agree that being able to see long-term progress is important. We’ll pass this feedback on to our development team for future updates. As for the meal options, we already have quick meal recipes available! Just reach out to us, and we can adjust your meal plan to include faster options that fit your busy schedule. Your idea about filtering for lunchbox-friendly and longer prep options is also great, and we’ll make sure it’s considered for future improvements. I wish I’d joined earlier

As someone who could not participate in high impact activities due to a sports injury while triathlon training (ie: specialist advised me to choose riding a bike over walking when I was finally diagnosed with tendenopathy in my glute), this is the best program! I only joined three days ago and I can already see how the workouts will strengthen my body from my head to my toes. It’s fantastic, I love it, and I am so excited to continue with this.

Dodgy automated charges

They automate subscription and then refuse to refund you when you challenge it. They then “compensate” you by offering a lifetime subscription at $249! When all you want is a refund for an automated subscription you do not expect to be refused a refund and offered an opportunity to have a lifetime subscription to something you didn’t want. Most reputable companies refund with no issue even if you have merely forgotten to cancel a free trial. This is sharp practice.
