PLEASE READ!!

I chose this app because of all the glowing reviews, but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I’ve been waiting over FIVE hours for a single response, and I haven’t heard back at all. Not even an acknowledgment. The lack of communication is unacceptable, especially considering how highly recommended this app seemed. I should have done more research before trusting the reviews—turns out, they’re not even credited by the BBB, which should’ve been a red flag for me. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. I regret wasting my time.

Deceptive & Fraudulent Practices and Horrible Customer Service

I never write reviews but this one absolutely has to be stated. This app is a complete scam and many of their practices are highly deceptive. I ended up signing up for a subscription billed $45 quarterly. However after paying for a visit and getting a prescription, I was informed it would be an additional $50 for them to send over prior authorization to my insurance. Over a week later and my insurance never received this information and I had to pay out of pocket for medication. After this, I contacted apple to make sure this was cancelled as it was apparent this app is just a cash grab.

No surprise that CALLONDOC still charged me $45 for the subscription renewal. When their customer service was contacted they informed me in order to cancel you must send the request in writing AND fill out a form and wait for approval?!?! Somehow my cancellation was immediately processed after I threatened to inform my senator and the better business bureau about their deceptive and fraudulent practices. Now I’m still waiting for the $45 refund AND they have a non legally binding no chargeback clause where if you dispute the transaction they say you can be charged $150 again nothing about this is legally binding BUYER BE WARE

App needs work

The idea and process of callondoc is amazing and I’ve used it multiple times. However the app has a more flaw in the location of the “next” and “back” buttons when doing questions. It took me about 3x as long than on the website because those buttons were too far down and on the edge of my phone, meaning they were not registering when I hit them. It took me about 5-10 presses per page before it recognized that I hit the “next” button.

A busy mom must have

I can’t tell you how many times this telemedicine app has quickly resolved my children’s needs. Anytime they have pink eye or ear infections, the app makes it so easy to put the necessary information in and within an hour i have the prescription in my hand. And it’s affordable! I recommend this app to everybody I know. Especially parents who don’t have half a day to waste waiting around in a doctor’s office and getting a prescription. a true lifesaver!

AMAZING SERVICE

Such an amazing service! I was very skeptical about this service but they are legit! I was able to answer some questions and send in a few pics of needed and was able to get a treatment plan started quick and discreetly. When I went to get my prescription and one was missing…all I had to do was message the team and they got it all taken care of quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In Pain and need help fast

This is my second time using CallonDoc and I’m so glad that they are there for people like me and I’m sure there’s others like me as well that know their bodies and know what they need. I’m been down this road before so I am so thankful for your service

A joke

All I been asking for is a simple Dr note. I had to message multiple times. Finally got a reply saying the request was submitted to provider for review. It was just allergies. Been messaging since 6am it’s now 11am and still no word. I’m sorry but it shouldn’t be this hard. The money was taken ASAP tho. I’m going requesting a refund. I don’t even want the meds anymore. And still haven’t got the DR note. If I could give it 0 stars I would! Now they’re charging me a extra $20 for the note!? Nah man this site is a scam. Stay away!

Quick & easy

I just tried this for a respiratory infection and they’re sending in what I need quite quickly! I’m impressed! I’ll be using this for my family as well now because who feels sitting in a doctors office waiting while sick! This is so convenient!

Call in doc rocks

How much do you have to love this app answer a few questions and in five minutes or less you’re done you get a prescription. You don’t have to go see a doctor. You don’t have to wait no baloney. I love this app. I use it all the time.

Great service but glitches can cause you to restart or incorrectly respond to questions

After getting kicked out after attempting to upload a picture because it was stuck thinking one time I started over and the app would glitch if you attempted to scroll down to select none of the above for recent tests and social histories. After getting half way through I was not thrilled about the idea of possibly starting over and losing progress again
