Deceptive & Fraudulent Practices and Horrible Customer Service
No surprise that CALLONDOC still charged me $45 for the subscription renewal. When their customer service was contacted they informed me in order to cancel you must send the request in writing AND fill out a form and wait for approval?!?! Somehow my cancellation was immediately processed after I threatened to inform my senator and the better business bureau about their deceptive and fraudulent practices. Now I’m still waiting for the $45 refund AND they have a non legally binding no chargeback clause where if you dispute the transaction they say you can be charged $150 again nothing about this is legally binding BUYER BE WARE
