Be careful with Some Physicians
I’ve always had great experiences & understanding from almost every physician I’ve been with. Except it doesn’t take a lot for one person to ruin it. I had asked for a doctors note for some symptoms Ive been experiencing with my lower back. I needed a note for my job, because I do a lot of standing and moving around, which includes me carrying heavy bolts of fabric. I had just started my period and usually it causes a lot of issues with my back. I don’t typically call out of work for these kinds of reasons, but I really needed to with the type of work that I do. Usually they don’t ask why I need one, but this physician in particularly was very upset to as why I needed one. I understand she was just doing her job, but the way she handled it was very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think I have to explain as to what I do at my job in order for it to be a good enough reason for her to give me a doctors note. I had paid for a medical note, there is no need to question my decision? She talked very ignorant to me rather than insightful. Worst and hopefully my last experience I will have with these people.
