I’ve always had great experiences & understanding from almost every physician I’ve been with. Except it doesn’t take a lot for one person to ruin it. I had asked for a doctors note for some symptoms Ive been experiencing with my lower back. I needed a note for my job, because I do a lot of standing and moving around, which includes me carrying heavy bolts of fabric. I had just started my period and usually it causes a lot of issues with my back. I don’t typically call out of work for these kinds of reasons, but I really needed to with the type of work that I do. Usually they don’t ask why I need one, but this physician in particularly was very upset to as why I needed one. I understand she was just doing her job, but the way she handled it was very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think I have to explain as to what I do at my job in order for it to be a good enough reason for her to give me a doctors note. I had paid for a medical note, there is no need to question my decision? She talked very ignorant to me rather than insightful. Worst and hopefully my last experience I will have with these people. My primary care physician is not available for several weeks and I needed a return to duty clearance note for my job. So glad I found this platform. Dr. Estes was very nice and listened to my concerns. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs primary care services asap. Thank you for being here for us!
If I could give ten stars I would! Antidote virtual health has the best staff and providers. I’ve utilized their virtual services several times and I never had a bad experience. Each provider was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. My problem was solved each time. I will only use antidote when in need of a medical virtual service.
Would highly recommend using the service. Support Staff and doctors are super friendly, helpful and very straight forward to getting you taken care of and getting you the support and care that you need. The doctor tonight went the extra mile to ensure that I was cared for beyond what he was able to provide, by referring me to another cost effective facility near me and providing the information in minutes. Also, made sure to ask if I needed a note to be excused for anything. The wait time initially said 40+ minutes, however I roughly waited maybe 10 if that. Greatly appreciate the help.

Dr was great! She was very professional and the app is very easy to use. Recommend this app if you don’t have the energy to go to a physical doctor clinic or just want to comfort and privacy of your own home.
This was my first time using a virtual visit application and it was easy pezy. The doctor was great and asked a lot of questions to make sure we had a good idea of what was going on. I hope I don’t have to use the service often, but I won’t hesitate if I do.
I met with Dr Kavanaugh and told him specifically I am a lifetime smoker and asthma patient that I really need steroids and more than normal in my experience.
He gave me 1 tablet of 20 mg for 5 days. I knew it was inadequate and reached back out immediately but he declined, sticking to his diagnoses. Almost 1 week later, 3 days of missed, unpaid work and feeling horrible….I had to go back on your site today to get …more steroids. I know of NO ONE who wants steroids for recreational use….he could’ve saved me money and from feeling horrible had he just listened …NOT GOOD listening skills and it cost me dearly. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
