Hello Bunnygirl888. You're right - wait times continue to be painful, with patients waiting multiple days to speak to a clinician. You should have received a real time notification to all new cases telling you how long the wait is so you know what to expect as well as how to escalate anything urgent so you wouldn't have to go to urgent care or the ER (if you didn’t please let us know!).
