  • Warning!!!

    This app will find ways to take your money. I was charge 99 for 3-year use of the app I did not want. Not able to get my money back. Plus the food options are not good.
  • Can’t use unless you pay. NOT FREE

    I downloaded this so that I could see how it worked before purchasing the full subscription. I cannot get passed the 7 -day free trial page to even look at the app.
  • There are so many better options

    If you do decide to evaluate this app do it quickly. You only have 24 hours to have the cost refunded. That info wasn’t published anywhere so by the time I decided it wasn’t for me on day 4 (which was really the first time I had a chance to sit down with it) they wouldn’t even bother free a partial refund, which was all I asked for. Literally ANY meal prep app is going to do a better job of helping you drill down your diet and if, like me, you use an insulin pump, MyDiabetes doesn’t support it. I know they say have it sync with Apple Health but it’s not the same thing. They have miles to go before this app is worth a darn. Deeply disappointed by the entire experience.
  • Unauthorized charge

    I downloaded the app to give it a try. I did their seven day trial. I was unable to access my account originally customer service help me to get into the account. I did not like the app. I did not like the service they offered so I canceled my trial and deleted my account now being charged $35 that I did not authorize! I am now not able to reach customer service to have them refund my money. It’s a scam becareful

  • I can’t even register

    I really wanted to try this app but it won’t even let me register it keeps saying error.

  • No Customer Support

    I tried logging in today but it refused to accept my password. I updated my password then still refused to log me in. Not very useful when the app is where I’m supposed to be tracking my meals. Support only takes me to frequently asked questions not a person. Very disappointed I wasted $ on this app. Not user-friendly for adding meals or food items - too many steps.

    Lots of great features. Lots of easy recipes very fast to make. Love having a diet plan and grocery list already made for me.

  • Tech issues

    This app was the best thing I ever purchased, but only lasted 2 weeks. For a week and half I’ve been trying to get someone to help me with issues. It froze for a whole day. Then it didn’t recognize my username and password. They never answered me , I actually tried to get in the app again. Sent the reset password request and was sent a link hours later . When I made the change my information was gone. My meals I set up was erased. EVERYTHING was gone. Now, I’m trying to get my refund. Let’s hope I get it. It’s the worst experience I’ve had with an app. It’s a complete disappointment when you are trying to make changes for better health and this type of thing happens. It’s a-shame how people take advantage of others diseases and profit at 80 dollars a pop.

  • Diabetic

    This app seems great but do you really have to CHARGE almost 80 dollars for it? A lot of people in the economy we are living in can’t afford groceries, medicine, and rent due to inflation so this right here is ridiculous.
