Overwhelming
This app has great info, but starting from the bottom jumping right into this, is overwhelming. I wish there was kind of a better “on ramp.” It’s so much stuff to buy right off the bat that I didn’t have. The recipes are nice and it does make a grocery list, but it’s just a lot for me. I’m a small changes type. If that’s you, think twice.Mssuhy

You go through a questioner asking food dietary restrictions/ preferences and then when you get your “meal plan” it is generic recipes not taking your dietary needs into consideration at all. You are basically paying for anti-inflammatory recipes and quick facts. ChatGPT gave me better info and a more customized weekly meal plan. Shame on me… I fell for it.

Not user friendly. I like to cook my meals fresh and this is basically giving you recipe options that will make four or five servings for one person so you’re eating the same thing over and over again. They’re much better programs out there, and I also found their customer service was horrible. I asked for a refund after using the program for a couple of days. I was not unable to use any recipes or make my own recipes in the app, they basically refused to give me a refund and canceled my membership immediately so I couldn’t even try to use the remainder of the time that I had paid for. This is a rip off don’t waste your money.TicaKat
