Beware of unauthorised extra charges
No subscription to further charges was ever known or shown in my App Store or my bank account. I too feel scammed and am deeply disappointed! £62 pounds for a book was daylight robbery in the first instance. Personalised or not.

Unexpected charges months down the line
But the bigger issue is the £40 charge that appeared in my account several months later without warning. I had looked at the app- never found it helpful and forgot about it. I am usually really careful not to sign up to subscriptions and on the case of ‘free’ subscriptions to cancel them as soon as I take them out. I have no record of subscribing. There is nowhere on the app to find out about/cancel subscriptions and the website only takes you to links to buy a new book.
No answer on trying to contact.
So overall- avoid! The book did arrive- it didn’t feel worth the price esp once postage factored in and the extra charge just feels like a scam.

Useless - If you ordered the book
Also, they don’t give you the option to cancel subscription through the app and they won’t issue you a refund even if you don’t use it.
