My husband and I got so sick of every streaming service showing inappropriate, woke, or agenda ridden shows for kids. It felt like we were constantly having to be on high alert for what new episode of our kids favorite shows was going to incorporate some woke trash. Finally we found BentKey and not only are the shows wholesome but the animation is adorable and variety of shows is excellent! I can’t wait to see what they come up with as the service grows! Every show is precious, educational, and age appropriate! So far, my son and daughter LOVE and ask for The Chip Chillas, Gus Plus Us, Supertato, Runes and Ernest and Celestine. We couldn’t be more pleased with this service and have cancelled our “big box” subscriptions so we don’t fund that garbage anymore for the few yet to be ruined shows left.

I love the shows, and the values they bring to the table. Great work. Can you just fix one thing for iOS users, please? I have an iPhone, and I’m not able to Chromecast BentKey. This is weird because I can Chromecast pretty much anything else, all my other apps. But Bentkey only gives me the option to AirPlay, which is a device I don’t have. I don’t know if it’s an Apple problem, my phone problem, or the app, really. Some things I looked up seemed to suggest that iPhone users can’t Chromecast, which is bogus since I can do that with basically everything else on this phone. And the weird thing is, my wife has a Google Pixel and she’s able to Chromecast the BentKey app just fine. So, I’m left with the assumption that there’s some sort of problem between Apple (or at least my iPhone), Chromecast, and BentKey. Just thought I’d share. Thanks again.

Thank you for your continued support.We got Bentkey a few weeks ago and have been transferring our daughter over from Miss Rachel. I thought it would take a few days but she took right to Gus plus Us the first time we turned it on. We've barely even tried any of the other shows because she's currently so content.
I feel so comfortable knowing where the content she's watching comes from. It is educational, entertaining and not overstimulating. There are also plenty of options for her to grow into as she gets older and new episodes coming out regularly! I'm more than impressed with everything so far and am grateful I'm not worrying about what she could stumble upon while watching something else.

I’m a 14yo female, and I’ve been reading the Daily Wire for a few months now (proof that not all Gen Z-ers are woke crybabies) and I absolutely love the idea of Bentkey, I grew up with a lot of woke influence in everything I watched and it screwed up my life for a few years, so Bentkey is absolutely necessary. I love the kids shows so far, like what you’re doing, but there’s one little thing. Just because the shows I have available to my age range have some work influence doesn’t mean they’re not entertaining, and frankly, Bentkey can’t entertain my age group with what it has right now. I won’t deny that the most important age range is 2-10 year olds, when you’re most influenceable, but for once I would like to be able to watch a show for my age range without having to keep it away from my younger brothers because of the woke content their brains don’t know to filter out. I totally get that there’s only so much time and money to go around, but if possible, could a fantasy / science fiction show aimed at teens exist at some point? Overall I love Bentkey, thank you so much for creating this!

Our DEV team continues to work hard to find and create programming for a whole range of viewers so keep your eyes open for new shows and updates!The app doesn’t allow you to see full descriptions of shows, episodes, or characters. It also always begins again at the first episode of a show. I don’t like the auto play feature either, as it doesn’t offer you an option to stop the auto play of the next episode, it just plays. Currently, you’re not able to play watch the trailers for upcoming shows even though you were able to a couple of weeks ago.
We like the family content, but there aren’t enough family friendly shows to engage us. Their are only a few (maybe) shows that my husband and I would watch with our kids. The rest of the shows are for a very young audience. They need to achieve some balance there as I don’t imagine older kids are too interested in the current shows, and as for a family, my husband and I are not interested in the majority of the content.

We appreciate your patience and support.As a mother of two, I have become increasingly concerned with the content my children have been exposed to, especially in previous years. Companies that I grew up watching and loving as a child, ultimately destroyed my trust. Proving that they do not have my child’s best interest at heart. They are only concerned with pushing a political narrative of main stream talking points. Unfortunately, when companies are ran like this, it’s the consumer who is left to deal with the long-term consequences of promoted, unhealthy ideological messages. Shame on them for taking advantage young malleable minds, who are much more vulnerable to such disgraceful content.
I am beyond happy to see a company who is FINALLY standing up too the main stream conglomerates by promoting good values and instilling great morals through their messaging. Thank you so much! My family and I are beyond grateful to have a company, we can trust with what we cherish the most, our children. Your content is great, my kids love it! Both my little one and preteen are able to find content, that they love and enjoy for hours on end. I love hearing them laugh, and or skip back to certain parts to watch again! You can tell that all of the shows & movies are made with love and care, and and overall concern for the consumer and it really shows by how much my little ones are loving the app. What your company is doing is AMAZING! I’ve been SO EXCITED for this launch, and it came way sooner than expected! The 4/5 is mainly due to not being able to cast to local devices yet. I’m sure there will be some tweaks and improvements as this continues to roll out, and I’ll be happy to update my rating once I’m able to cast these shows for my kids to watch on the tv rather than just on my phone.
EDIT: I’m trying to remain patient in waiting for casting functionality, but the patience pool is drying up. The content is still great, but it’s effectively useless to me unless I can cast it to local devices for my kids to watch. I’m not exactly sitting here by myself watching Bentkey shows on my phone, and my kids certainly don’t have regular access to my phone either. This is likely even less than a drop in the bucket, but my rating has come down to 3/5 for now. Please update to be able to cast to Chromecast and other local network devices.
EDIT 2: It’s been weeks now, and I don’t understand why casting to local network devices STILL isn’t supported. 2/5

I just paid the $99 to support the cause and provide quality entertainment for my children. However, Bentkey’s customer support is horrendous. It is extremely difficult to find a way to email, call, or chat with customer support. Once I found the chat, nobody was available. It said I would receive an email when someone was available. I received an email later letting me know the chat person was available, but since I wasn’t there, I lost my chance. I re-opened the chat and asked questions and there was no reply as if the conversation was unable to be re-opened. I’m upset because I paid the money to support the company and neither of my smart TVs have an option to download Bentkey so my kids can watch the shows on TV. I replied to the email I got, which turned out to be a non-reply email address. If it wasn’t for my strong feelings to support the entire reason that Bentkey exists, I would’ve already given up and requested a refund. I hope somebody reaches out to me because this is insane. Five stars for available content, one star for customer service and usability.

It reminds me of the shows I grew up watching. Fun, educational, entertaining content without the worry. Our children can press play on anything and I’m not worried about if it’ll have hidden messaging or subjects that don’t align with what we allow. It’s also affordable as it comes out to less than $10 a month. The only drawback would be that you can’t cast it onto your TV so you need AppleTV or other similar things like Roku. For some people they may not have the money to buy things like that so the inability to play from phone to TV would stink. Maybe eventually that will be able to happen to make it more accessible to those who can’t afford the app and accessories to stream it on their television.
