As soon as I heard the news that this was happening! I immediately download the app and started watching the shows, every show gave me a nostalgic feeling. Reminded me of times when I was growing up, and would wait for Saturday morning cartoons or science shows! I am glad this purely just kids entertainment stories and none of that other crap. Kids don’t care about that stuff they just want to have fun let them!
I shared this with all of my friends and families with children and future parents!
Love the idea, been waiting 18 months for this to launch so my daughter will have trustworthy decent content to watch. However I cannot give a 5 star rating to something that won’t let me watch anything. Every time I select a show to play it keeps asking me to verify my age and takes me to the profile page even though I’m signed in. You still have more work to do before this should have been released.
Edit: changed to 4 stars since I got it to work. Be warned you have to go to the website on a browser to unlock access if you are a current DW+ member it will not work through the app although it tries. Sends an activation link email that contains no link. If you just use the browser website like it shows in the support page it will work. The Apple TV version of the app is much better than the one for iPhone also. If they get activation to work through the app it would deserve 5 stars.

I’m grateful for this effort to bring back safe places for kids to be kids.
For years my wife and I have struggled with the Idea that modern children programming Is just no good for the little ones we plan to bring into the world. With all of the bizarre social political commentary and disturbing agendas that have been thrust onto modern youth through so called "children's entertainment" it seemed like we would have to vet every single piece of media they will eventually consume, but Bentkey has arrived with a clear mission that has taken a massive burden off of my Wife & I's shoulders. With a strong early offering of live action and animated content, plus the promise of more to come, we know Bentkey will be there as an important staple in our soon to be family's life.

Here is my 10 year old’s review: “the first episode of how ridiculous is cool especially the giant spike ball of destruction and I want to watch all of them. I think Chip Chilla looks cute because I LOVE chinchillas. And I’m really excited for the new Snow White!”
I'm so happy with the amount of content that has been provided with the release of this app. I'm also very pleased to see that there is content my 10 year old will enjoy. I felt like it was advertised towards very young child.
My only complaint is how confusing it is to unlock the Bentkey app if you already are paying for it with the DW subscription. There should have been a step by step guide immediately upon logging in. The app kept logging me out over and over and I couldn't figure out why. I had to dig through the DW app to find the answer. Other than that, I'm overjoyed with this new app!!

However,
I’ve downloaded this app for my kids and it said to check email for the link to unlock access for the app, I have a DW subscription already, but both emails sent to me are blank with no link and the BentKey app will not play the episodes. Please assist me in fixing this. I really prefer my kids not to watch Disney anymore! We have already canceled Disney in our home a few years ago. We are super excited for this app and can’t wait to explore all it has to offer! Thanks a bunch!!!

I’m not even a republican but can’t believe how this government is trying to take over ever angle of our lives at this point. What is wrong with the leadership in more than just the USA. Love this app. Wonderful programs for my 4 kids. Great selection. We really enjoy the hybrid of high quality and sound messaging mixed with humor and entertainment. Downloading this app and utilizing it for your children’s down time to watch something uplifting and positive is a total no brainer. Can’t wait to see what other content they add in the coming weeks and months!
I’ve been waiting for this for a long time and it’s finally here. Super excited for the timing of this as we are about at the stage to introduce more advanced programming to our child. I’ve watched a few bits and pieces of the shows and they seem really well done. Keep up the good work, this is what parents all over have been desperately wanting following the recent decline in other streaming services and shows.
