Little to no information
the app works fine to pay bills and such but there's not much information on anything. No breakdown of payments or even a due date of when payments are due. Obviously the 1st of the month for most but I think a breakdown would be beneficial so when a random charge appears on your account you have some sort of knowledge as to why.

it wont let me log in not sure how to log in so i'm using the old app but its gonna be deleted soon. I'm annoyed that i can't get it to work.
Can’t login
I need help with password retrieval and to get help with it it’s supposed to send an email. I’ve hit send and resend email a dozen times and I haven’t received anything (not in my spam folder either)
Bugs
Every time I open the app and just say on my move-in date, I try to see if I can update it. It just shows me a blank page. It says my move-in date nothing further from that.
No resident portal but works much better.
Kinda sad there is no resident portal with the new app. With Cortland+ we were able to interact with our neighbors… but Cortland connect works very well.
