Website was easier to use
Unable to view what vehicles are available when, need to load a different time in each search just to see if something is available.
Also unable to edit your reservation, need to cancel and rebook. I’d use the website if it was available instead of this app.Bec656
Terrible functionality
At first I thought the UX was great, until I realised you can’t see when vehicles are available. You have to put in specific times that you want it, and then it will tell you whether the vehicle’s free or not. You have no way of knowing whether it’s free at all, whether you’re wasting your time or whether you’re just half an hour off a free slot (and you have no idea).
Please please PLEASE add a function that allows you to see the pods and which cars are available when.Show lessBookabean
Cannot change my subscription
Can’t change my subscription in the app and when I go to the website it tells me to go to the app. Going around in circles.
Being ignored by your support team (I emailed over a week ago)
If you are going to switch to an app then make sure it works before hand.
I still haven’t used the app for an actual booking but that aspect of the app seems better than the website, but there’s no guarantee that it will work going off your membership subscription changes. Get it fixed.Show lessBluebrightfire
