I am a member. I came in this morning to get my vehicle washed. I noticed a vehicle in front of me with two Associates assisting. After waiting for a while I blew my horn to get one of the ladies attention to see if just go around to the side with the broken barricade; since it looked like they were going to take some time. I was given a no motion by one of ladies, whom I found later was the new manager; who commenced to scold me like I was some cotton picking child not to blow at her again. After asking for her boss, she then proceeded me to leave her property. Is this how your organization treat your customers. Also, when I logged into your your App, my account has mysteriously been deleted. Hmmm?
