  • It’s ok still needs a few tweaks

    The app is ok once you have worked out a few tweaks I will rate higher. When signing up I had put my cars in first then tried to attach my membership to my cars it would not let me. I had to delete my cars and my and my husbands membership then it would let me add my cars. Then when we add everything to the app we updated our pmts on the app. The next day my husband went to get a wash it was showing we had not made a pmt. The attendant fixed it but it took a min and we ended up holding up the line. It also states we get a discount for family group so waiting to see it that is the case and if it will actually apply

  • Great car wash!

    Staff is very friendly. The car wash did a great job and they have a lot of deals and great amenities!! 10/10 would recommend. I was helped by Daniel. He truly deserves a raise!! Such a sweet worker who will truly go out of his way to help!
  • Needs a lot of improvement

    I have had nothing but trouble with the app. First, I downloaded the app, set it up, tried to migrate my plan. Neither the license number nor the RDID number works. It says no plan found. I sit it eight times ensuring I was putting in the correct numbers. I also typed a long trouble ticket but when I clicked submit it showed error and everything I typed was lost. I like the car wash, but the app is so far useless. Finally, after completing twice at the wash office I was able to migrate. Shortly after I migrated to the app, the app began showing me an error at the car wash gate. The screen says canteens your subscription with the credit card provided. It does renew and charges my valid card. To get the gate open I have to open the app and click get a wash. Before I began using the app I liked going to the car wash. Now it’s a pain. I liked it better when the RFID tag worked to open the gate. Please fix it or I will cancel my subscription. I don’t know it this sent or not. When I click send I get an error message.

  • Outstanding employees

    I just love coming to this car wash. It starts with the general manager, she does an amazing job training and working side-by-side with her employees. She is the definition of lead by example. Every employee I have encountered has been pleasant and very helpful.
  • No support

    I have been a montuhly paid customer for over 2 years. Download app and attempted to add account. Did not work. Following instructions, I called. No answer. Left message 3 separate times, no response. Utilized help on app to send message. Did get a response asking for account information. I provided immediately. No help provided. I have sent 3 emails trying to get assistance. Totally ignored. This has gone on for over 2 weeks. The car wash itself is great, but not this app or support. I rate it a 0.

  • I have been complaining for months about the one in Tifton

    I have talked to management time and time again. When they first opened under another name I had no problem. Now that it is Whistle Express, it is horrible. I may start going to the Coastal Blue in Sylvester Ga. When you pull up the soap used to start pouring on the bumper. Now the timing issue I have complained about the soap does not start pouring out until my windshield is under it. The last 4 times I have gotten my car washed, the lower body spinners has not been spinning. The light when you come to the end does not turn green until you are way past the light. I can’t even see it turn green unless I sit and wait on it. Get your equipment fixed. If you want to leave a message all the mail boxes are full. I tried 6 days straight to leave message, all boxes are full so no one is listening to these messages, either that or they have an extreme amount of messages every day. Also if you pay them monthly you don’t get any points!!!

  • Can’t migrate

    This App does not work. I have tried for several weeks to migrate my account, but it says I do not have an account, yet I can wash my car and they take money out of my account every month. I am not sure why this App does not work, but I’m tired of getting emails that say to connect and get all these special offers, but I can’t use it because my account cannot be found.

  • New Thomas Carwash customer

    So far this app is not user friendly. Even went to the location for my first time in Lou., Ky. And told car wash attendant that I was a Thomas member and was told they were able to set up app membership and he said yes he could do that but to no avail he didn’t. I’m somewhat disappointed in customer service and my first wash was not great. Maybe next time…..

  • Will not contact you back!

    Was charged twice when merging account for the month of July . No one has reached out after calls and emails to fix this issue. Paid full price for 2 memberships and then was additionally charged the discounted rate . I have technically paid for 3 for the month of July and not one word or reimbursement has been made nor have I gotten my money back! The car wash itself is great! The app not so much!

  • Very disappointed

    I’ve been going to this location since it opened up and was owned by a previous owner. I have watched the decline in this location since taken over the employees do not know how to handle the customers and do not follow protocol twice now while waiting in line a machine has went down I have backed up when I should’ve been the next one in line to find the person behind me now is in front of me that doesn’t work because I need to get to work and I’m on a time frame then when you get through the wash, the soap does not rinse off your car. It’s left there to dry on your paint and then the blower they have does not blow all the water off your car so you have to get out and make sure you dry your car by hand. I do not recommend this location.
