Car wash

Awesome place but before you go in they need to have someone with a big brush to do the front as you go in and the back I went through one in Va. and that’s what I experienced it helped with xtra cleaning so you want have to go back through the wash a second time.

Easy to use

I downloaded the app once my local carwash switched to Whistle and it has been super helpful and easy to use. I can find other locations and manage all my information from my phone instead of having to remember to stop after my wash to fix something

The whistle car wash in Hampton is horrible. The customer service is horrible. It used to be one of my favorite locations to come to the people up there seems like they can’t catch on. They’re very nonchalant condescending and don’t know what they’re doing. The lines are always long. The system never works the guys up there appear as if they don’t know anything about what’s going on and it’s just very poor trash customer service. The people that worked there appear to be mentally challenged. It seems like they always hired someone. It seems like they have some type of disability along with that the tire shine. Never works along with the rims are always dirty when you come out of the machine when reported to the Newport News location they improved the system of the machinery and ensure that the customer’s got better service at this point Hampton this location just got horrible.

I have to say I decided to run through there on a Saturday… And then I just pulled in a slot and was just going to dry my two side windows and then that was it… Wow this young lady that works there came over and bless her heart she said I’m here to help let me vacuum your car and dry your windows… I said honey you don’t have to do that. She says I would love to and she did that and talk to me and was as sweet as could be knowing that I’m an old lady and it was hard for me to do and she went above and beyond and I tried to give her a tip and she didn’t wanna take it, but I finally made her and she was greatly appreciative and she wasn’t doing it for money. She says that’s what I do here on Saturdays and I and I get to meet people so you’ve got some great people, working there cause it’s not the first time that people have helped… Thank you so much. Just Wash My Car, Let Me Pay, and Give Me A Receipt

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Imagine going to a car wash and the simplest task—printing a receipt—turns into a tech nightmare straight out of a bad comedy. Not only could they not print a receipt on-site like any normal business would, but they had the nerve to send me off to download the most useless, brain-dead app of all time. This app is so ridiculously unnecessary, it feels like it was designed just to waste my time. And guess what? After jumping through all those hoops, STILL NO RECEIPT.

This isn’t just incompetence; it’s a masterclass in how to inconvenience your customers at every possible step. If you enjoy pointless downloads, bad tech, and a complete lack of basic customer service, then by all means, give this disaster of a place a try. But if you have any respect for your time and sanity, find literally any other car wash.

Strange migration

The suggestion was to download this app since ownership at the car wash has changed (multiple times). I then tried to ‘migrate’ our cars into the app and was successful in moving my car. My car and my wife’s were listed under an account that she had previously. It appears as if this app dropped my car from her contract and created a new account for me at a different price. I was unable to ‘migrate’ her car probably because she is the account holder. This app seems to be poorly implemented since it is questionable whether my car is still under her account or whether it caused me to create a new account I do not want. No telephone contacts are provided so I will probably need to have the person trying to work where my car is washed try to clear up an issue they had no part in.

Rhonda,the manager, showed me how to use the app, and was patient, thorough, and extremely friendly. She knew exactly what she was doing. She is an exemplary employee, and one you should think about promoting to an even higher position.

It’s ok still needs a few tweaks

The app is ok once you have worked out a few tweaks I will rate higher. When signing up I had put my cars in first then tried to attach my membership to my cars it would not let me. I had to delete my cars and my and my husbands membership then it would let me add my cars. Then when we add everything to the app we updated our pmts on the app. The next day my husband went to get a wash it was showing we had not made a pmt. The attendant fixed it but it took a min and we ended up holding up the line. It also states we get a discount for family group so waiting to see it that is the case and if it will actually apply

Great car wash!

Staff is very friendly. The car wash did a great job and they have a lot of deals and great amenities!! 10/10 would recommend. I was helped by Daniel. He truly deserves a raise!! Such a sweet worker who will truly go out of his way to help!

Needs a lot of improvement

I have had nothing but trouble with the app. First, I downloaded the app, set it up, tried to migrate my plan. Neither the license number nor the RDID number works. It says no plan found. I sit it eight times ensuring I was putting in the correct numbers. I also typed a long trouble ticket but when I clicked submit it showed error and everything I typed was lost. I like the car wash, but the app is so far useless. Finally, after completing twice at the wash office I was able to migrate. Shortly after I migrated to the app, the app began showing me an error at the car wash gate. The screen says canteens your subscription with the credit card provided. It does renew and charges my valid card. To get the gate open I have to open the app and click get a wash. Before I began using the app I liked going to the car wash. Now it’s a pain. I liked it better when the RFID tag worked to open the gate. Please fix it or I will cancel my subscription. I don’t know it this sent or not. When I click send I get an error message.
