  • Worst App Ever

    I wish I could give it no stars. It has completely messed up my Whistle membership which I was over the top happy with. It’s taking my auto payment on 2 cars from my checking account but telling my location that it’s canceled. I can’t get anyone at corporate to answer the CS number or call me back. Hate this APP

  • New Thomas Carwash customer

    So far this app is not user friendly. Even went to the location for my first time in Lou., Ky. And told car wash attendant that I was a Thomas member and was told they were able to set up app membership and he said yes he could do that but to no avail he didn’t. I’m somewhat disappointed in customer service and my first wash was not great.

  • Great job!

    I love this place. The vacuums are powerful, window cleaner is good, microfiber rags are very clean and ALWAYS plenty of supplies available. Well worth the monthly plan. It makes me cleaning my interior so much easier because I hate doing it! I love the fact that you can do your interior first and then you sit back and watch the show. Thank you Whistle Express!!

  • Frustrated customer

    This app can not find my membership. The wash has called Sonny’s over and over to mitigate the problem. It’s saying I’m good until August the 8th. When traveling I can not go to another Whistle car wash bc my tags are not being recognized. That was the whole purpose of the membership.

    I’ve been with them for over 5 years and thru several company changes. It’s very frustrating. I will be leaving.

  • Really quick and easy app

    Downloaded the app had to pay 9.99 for it , purchased my membership and it was a really quick easy process . You have control of your membership right in your hands can see your account and account details really easily . I set up it up on my phone went to the wash didn’t have to activate nothing it automatically read my car and I was good to go . This car wash is very organized and has all the tools you need to get your car cleaned the right way . I have the good wash , $20 monthly and it perfect , thanks whistle car wash ✊🏽💯❤️

  • 2 weeks and still can’t migrate my account IOS

    Yeah, doesn’t recognize state even though it’s selected. I’ll change feedback once it’s fixed. As well, get your maintenance up at various locations. Get the wheel cleaners fixed, tires of wiping wheels off. Half the stuff doesn’t work half the time, getting ready to downgrade to a cheaper plan. Some of us notice these discrepancies. You all need some quality control.

  • Can not migrate my plan

    I’ve tried multiple times. Spoke with personnel at my local branch (just before getting my car washed at the same time and my account is current) and was told it was fixed. Not fixed. Not working. I may just move to the new car wash that just opened. I’m not getting any benefits and I’ve had a subscription plan for years.

  • Communication

    There is no way to directly communicate with the site that you use the most. Guess if you have an ongoing issue or complaint you can attempt to call the site until they decide to answer the phone to tell you management isn’t available.
  • Family plan means the FAMILY can use it

    I love the ease with which to add vehicles and select washes. However , you should be able to share to log into the app from several devices. The originator of the account should not have to be the ONE that is taking the selected vehicle through the wash.

    This is the ONLY reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star.

    Question… When can we expect this flaw to be fixed???

  • Needs improvement

    I downloaded the app, set it up, tried to migrate my plan. Neither the license number nor the RDID number works. It says no plan found. I sit it eight times ensuring I was putting in the correct numbers.
    I also typed a long trouble ticket but when I clicked submit it showed error and everything I typed was lost.
    I like the car wash, but the app is so far useless.
