I feel like the app is missing buttons. I go to create an account and enter the info then there’s no button to tap to move to the next screen
The app downloads but it will not let me create an account. Password says it doesn’t match but it does uninstalled three times with same results. Like everyone else I would give it 0 stars, can’t even create an account.
My interaction with Customer Service was outstanding. It gave me new hope that some companies are focusing on the customer. I was pleased with the result of our discussion, the outcome, the completeness as well as the timeliness of the solution that solved my problem. It was painless. I would give this a ten star rating.

Just bought the scale and myself and my significant other were going to use it. Turns out only one of us can use the app feature or else each of our accounts over rides the other one account. How hard is it the have one scale with multiple accounts. It’s impractical to have a scale for each person in a household in order to use a app.
Unless you live alone and will be the only person using the scale, don’t waste your money. If someone gets on the scale and your phone is within range it will also mess with your data by adding that persons weight onto your charts. It doesn’t say anywhere on the box for the scales at all that it can only be used by one person either.
Cannot pair scale to app. It just stays on loading constantly when looking for device. I have deleted the app, redownloaded, exchanged batteries. EVERYTHING. Only good thing is it shows my weight but what good is buying a smart scale if that’s all you get out of this. Will be returning to Walmart asap. Do better IHome.
