The app shows that there are several things it tracks such as water weight, muscle weight, etc. I can only see bone mass, bmi. I got the scale to see all of it otherwise I would’ve just kept using my old scale.
I just purchased this scale and the app is worthless. It won’t let me set up my profile so that my measurements are saved. I’ve read the reviews, this is not a new issue…. Why not do the right thing and fix the app?
I purchased the scale today from Walmart. I came home and set it up in less than 5 minutes. My account was created and it input the correct weight. I’m not sure what other users mean by a code? I just made an account with my email and password easy peasy👍🏽
I have bought 2 none of them connects to my IPhone , there is not troubleshooting, I had to return both
Scale works but app is trash. Never sent verification codes so can’t create an account so we will never know about the supposed “features” the scale has to offer. Should have read reviews before buying the scale.
I am using an iPhone and cannot scroll down to look at past data entries on any of the pages. It does register weights but beyond that it doesn’t have value if you can’t see past data.
This is so annoying! Not even 1 star rate for me! This is so horrible! I bought the scale in Walmart this afternoon and I will definitely return it back tomorrow morning!!! I tried 3 different emails and waited for an hour still not receiving a verification code to make an account!!! Such a waste product! Please don’t buy this smart scale !!!! Waste of time !!!

I’ve been trying for the last few hours to set up the scale but I’m not getting the verification code. I’m in a weight loss journey and thought this scale would help but I guess not
Just bought this scale about an hour ago and I've been sitting here trying to get the app to work just for it to either tell me the code sent or that it failed to generate on. The app doesn't allow you to even creat a freaking account but the scale is nice. Absolutely do not buy look for other options Im sure theres better than this piece of junk out there.
