Needs serious work
My reservation wouldn’t show up after “searching” for a minute. Returned with an error every time. Why send me an email saying to use the app for everything if the app cannot do anything?
App “can’t load/process/do” anything
Can’t load my room reservation. Cant load membership rewards. Cant view maps. Nothing the app claims to do is something the app can actually successfully do
Can’t create an account
Is this a joke? Wrong postal code, and no way to change the postal code.

Horrendous trying to book
Spent an hour trying to book a reservation with this property. Website is a joke - called and they suggested the app. It’s basically the same horrendous website inside an app. Slow to respond. Bad design and layout. Doesn’t save the booking in a cart so when it fails you start all over again. I have entered all my info 8 separate times and it just does nothing. Your investors should know how much money your are losing. A hotel that can’t book reservations. So disappointing. Was really looking forward to checking out this new hotel. I would never stay at a hotel that can’t figure out simple technology.

BEAUTIFUL APP
Love the video in the background. Never seen an app that has a video playing in the background. It’s super sleek, and the colors are beautiful. Love all the little bow ties hidden in the app. Love that I can also check in and use keys right from the app.

You can’t add an existing reservation to your account.
Garbage app…take it down and redo
I don’t get it…you spend hundreds of millions on a brand new beautiful casino and $1.75 on an app. Here’s just a few of the easy to spot problems…
Registration is clunky, doesn’t use existing saved app data
If you use their tool to get your DOB it breaks registration but does create the account
Navigation is Wordpress c 2020
The maps aren’t Interractive the various areas aren’t clickable and don’t lead you to info about that area let alone let you book
The hotel is vast…but there’s no navigation “you are here” or guidance to facility.
The place has 21 restaurants…you can’t see menu or book any
Back when I was in tech I’d have fired the devs that came up with this. This is an embarrassment. Better to have nothing than this garbage.
PS the hotel is spectacular

Best slow and super bad design app!
The app is super slow doesn’t respond on taps and you have to wait almost 5 second after each tap!!
Not good and can’t check in
The reservation section shows my cancelled reservation instead of my live one so I can’t check in. Can’t do anything with my reservation at all.
