The new app looks a lot better, and easy to use! Gives you all the basic options to book, order and access to your loyalty card. Nice!
Online rewards account
The app will not allow me to generate an online account. I already have the rewards card. App is useless. And I can’t find a contact phone number prominently on the app.
Can’t enter confirmation number
I assume that this isn’t happening to everyone or the reviews would be worse. But for me, I’m unable to type anything in the confirmation number field for MY STAY. Even cutting and pasting the confirmation number in the field did not work (my usual work around). Unfortunately the resort website is listed as the developer website so impossible to report problems with the app other than via reviews. Wasn’t expecting this for a brand new major hotel’s app. Using iPhone iOS 17.1.2, iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Buggy app, bad offers.
I liked FB… pretty hotel, but the app is buggy and my offers are much better at MGM. No hosts to contact, they don’t care about gamblers.
So Convenient
I’m a Vegas local and didn’t book a room but I use the app to look at restaurant menus & book our dining reservations. Such a time saver!!
I like it
The app works well - I was able to access my loyalty account, check in online, and get a digital key through the app. I even made a dinner reservation for Mother Wolf on the app during my stay. I might try to book my next reservation through the app.

Needs some serious updates
For a brand new resort, trying to establish themselves as a premium brand, they skimped on their app development. It’s a little slow to respond when you click on buttons. This is my second stay here and the app hasn’t worked well. Receive random 400 errors. The “mobile key” option didn’t work on first visit, and haven’t had a chance to use it this trip since my reservation disappeared rom
The app after the first night. The staff checking for room keys for access to the elevators didn’t even know it existed, let alone how to scan it. Also, the restaurants don’t have hours listed.
