I’ve used a few different lifting apps and lots of workout programs before, but nothing has helped me be as consistent as Sohee’s app. There are several options for what kind of program you want, and you get a new program every month. I often get bored with doing the same thing over and over, but this app gives alternatives to switch moves up while still targeting the same muscles which helps me achieve progressive overload without getting bored. I also love how easy it is to ask questions or get a form check, and Sohee’s team (including Sohee herself!) are very active in the feed. The app is still pretty new, and there are a few things I’d love to see to make it easier to use (a built-in rest timer, quick access to exercise history, etc), but Sohee’s team has said all of these things are on the way. After a few years trying out different options, I’m happy to say I’ve found one I can stick with for a long time, and the coming improvements will just make it all the better. I highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your review! We absolutely have a rest timer and improved exercise history in the works. We are currently doing an entire rebuild which will launch in early 2025. Once that happens, new features will be easier to implement and those are top of the list for us. Thank you for being with us - we’re so happy you love the programming and community features!
