  • Create/Login Acct Issues!

    I cant login or register my account on the new app. Its been months since i am trying to login or create but it always says not eligible,how is that possible i can still login on the old app. Terrible. Been reporting it a lot of times but no action was done. 🤷‍♀️
  • Incorrect Country Icon Information

    The country code for USA icon +1 always default to Canada Country Code Icon which is also +1 that's why OTP can't be send for USA mobile number ? Please fix the bug!

  • Dont offer mobile app unless it works

    Was able to sign up my account then I was on the pin part and it gave me an error message that cannot set it up because I need to turn on my notifications. My notification was turned on but it still gives me that error. I tried again, same error. I tried the 3rd time and my OTP arrived after 5mins and still did not work.
    Seriously, if you cannot make something work, please do not put it out there. Im fine signing in online on a website than getting a mobile app that gets me so frustrated just to check my account. And yes, I have screenshots because I will send an email complaint to customer service. I don't have high hopes that it gets fixed anytime soon.

  • WORST app - OTP issue on international number

    Just like the previous app, I had issue with registering to this new app. The OTP is not coming thru to my international number while I can receive from the previous app. I wonder if they tested with this scenario before releasing the app. ***Update Sept 07: Completed the validation with customer care and case id was successfully processed but still cannot register to this new app with my international number.

    ***update Sept 23, still cannot register to this app despite contacting customer service and my branch. All case ids were resolved but the issue still not resolved. Customer service is taking 1 week to reply email. So, I assumed this 3rd version is a TOTAL disaster again!

  • Bugs- Could not get past pin setup; can use the app

    I’ve already followed the app instruction regarding the setting setup of notification but after updating in settings, the same issue is prompting. I’ve tried using other pin numbers but same issue keeps popping up. Can’t use this app.

  • Can’t Log In

    Can’t log in. I’ve got the old app and it’s working find with my log in, but with this upgraded app? it’s a messed. It shows that my details were incorrect.

  • The previous version was more reliable.

    The previous version was more reliable: this version works less than half the time when trying to log in with a password or TouchID results in a daisy wheel that goes on forever.

    If SB insists on a new app then give depositors an option to keep on using the old app because “improvements” of new apps are no improvements at all and just inconvenience and piss off the client base *who keep the bank afloat*!

    This version deserves zero stars and the app developer and those responsible for approving this version should be sacked!

  • Waste of time

    Does not work! Tried sending the OTP several times. All information correct but won’t send an OTP.

    Update: the link you sent in your response does not recognize any digits or characters under the Registered Mobile Number. It won’t let me submit any tickets. I spelled out my number, used digits, removed the plus sign, use both US and Philippine number but it still says: Please enter a valid value. The form is not complete and has not been submitted yet. There is 1 problem with your submission.

  • Unable to Log In after Registering

    I downloaded and registered to this new app 2 weeks ago. When I tried to log in, it showed incorrect information. I then tried to reset my password, but it then showed incorrect details. I called their customer care- waited more than 15mins each, spoke to them 3 times; after 2 weeks, still not resolved. I reported the issue using the online form as well, after 2 weeks, still unable to log in and get access to my bank account. I am an ofw so going to a Security Bank branch and withdraw money is not an option. Now, when I need to transfer money to family, I can’t do it. Useless app.

  • Doesnt Match my Info

    I cant register for almost 2 weeks now since the launch. Keep on saying doesnt match my info.
