Previous mobile app user but cannot register to this app

My username and password isnt accepted in the new app and asks me to re-register. I tried on the old app and website and my logins work. Too much of a hassle to use.MisterBrand

OTP takes forever to arrive. Other messages able to come to me apart from your OTP. Code was expired already before even receiving it. Takes a whole day to complete one transaction!Buruguduystunstugudunst
