That’s what happened to me! Thank you for solving that mystery.

I tried for DAYS to buy an OC ticket.
No one could help me and NO ONE explained the problem!!

Now, all my previous paid for orders have disappeared out of my account!
They were there in April and now they are gone.

Doesn't pull in on-location hospitality tickets
Cannot access hospitality tickets which should be showing in the app. If you have hospitality tickets from on-location and normal tickets, only the normal tickets show in the app, the hospitality tickets do not.

Bogus Site?
Couple of weeks ago, I bought a ticket to the closing ceremony and paid big bucks for it. It said that I would get to see my exact seats sometime in June so I went back periodically to see if that happened yet. well yesterday I went back in and all of a sudden it says my ticket has been sold/canceled!

Nous vous rappelons que conformément aux CGV, certains billets ne sont pas éligibles à la revente. 3 Paris official websites with 3 different passwords
It can’t be more confusing than this. Tickets is different from hospitality which is different from guest registration.

The app only show tickets from Tickets, nothing on hospitality. Guest registration website is missing a ticket.

No resale option as in Jun 12.

When contacting support they pretty much copy and paste website without going to the details that we asked about such as “where is my ticket??!” It is on hospitality, it is not on guest registration, so I can’t invite/transfer to myself.

Nightmare hopefully resolved by July

Unable to have the option to sell
The app does not give me the options to sell, and it does not fall into the transferred or offer tickets.

I should have the option to sell, but apparently since they are ceremony opening tickets, I have to wait until middle of June for me to sell?! Who will buy my tickets by then?

Les billets pour les cérémonies avec les informations relatives à votre placement apparaitront début juillet sur votre application. Nous sommes actuellement en train de finir les paramétrages de ceux-ci. Lorsque vous aurez accès à vos billets, vous pourrez dès lors choisir de les conserver, de les transférer ou de les revendre (pour les billets achetés sur tickets.paris2024.org)
Can't even log in
Have downloaded the app, get to the login screen, click to login and the app redirects to a blank web browser screen.... Nothing more. Not even able to enter my log in details 🤦🏻‍♂️

Have uninstalled and reinstalled installed the app and it's the same issue.

Works great
When I downloaded the app, all my purchased tickets populated the app automatically. The ticket information is very complete. My daughter transferred me a ticket that she had purchased for an event, and that too populated the app perfectly.

Broken
Can’t transfer or rename tickets, buttons in the app do not react or flow. Support is unresponsive.
