Not able to verify or transfer tickets
When I try to view my ticket it says I need to verify. When I hit the verify button it takes me to a page to download the app I’ve already downloaded. It also says everyone has to have their own ticket on individual phones but won’t let me transfer the ticket, I assume due to the fact I can’t verify.
