This app is absolutely horrific

This app is littered with glitches, error messages, and unable to process data or ACCESS YOUR OWN TICKETS all 2 hours before an event. This app disgusts me so vehemently that it alone will stop me from going to events at the Intuit dome in the future. Horrific experience. I cannot believe an app that achieves this level of disgrace has partnered with the major and respectable entities that are Ticketmaster and the Clippers.

Further, this app forces each person in your party to independently download the app and have their own tickets on their own device. I’m 21 and can hardly figure it out, there is no way my 80 year grandmother will be able to figure it out. The app endeavors to reinvent the wheel in that they make you add your own payment info rather than just using contactless payment like literally other every establishment that also claims to be cashless, entices you to add an ID pass to your apple wallet without indicating what that ID pass even does, and does not show your ticket barcode when on the ticket page. Needless to say this app fails miserably at what it has sought out to do.

Horrible app

I never leave reviews for anything and I felt the need to let everyone know how bad this app is. Downloaded it to go to the Bruno mars concert and it took me 25 minutes to set up, with the app crashing multiple times, and then it logged me out. Attempted to re log in over 10 times to find out my account info wasn’t saved due to the app crashing so I had to take another 25 minutes to set it up AGAIN. If I could leave this app 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience and I will be deleting it right after the event. Hopefully I never need to use it again.

Terrible app

The app takes extremely long to load simple tasks, and yet sometimes fails. It has forced Ticketmaster where I bought my tickets to download this app in order to go to an event. But the tickets will not load and all I get is errors and to login in again for some reason. Do not download until they have fixed these issues

Too much for one concert

This entire app and process is beyond stupid. Had I known I’d need to do all these things when I bought the ticket I would have passed. Then the each person needs their own device ? If taking my niece to a concert I now need to buy her a phone to enter ? And also giveaway all her information. Just greedy for data and trying to take as much info from you as possible.

Great Experience

Super easy way to sign up and excited about being able to use the app while I’m at the venue vs only using it to get in door.

Dumpster Fire

If the goal was to create the most complicated process to attend an event, then I’ll switch to a 5 star rating for a job well done. Cant access tickets after transferring them or access parking pass. Keep getting message about jumping thru the required hurdles even after doing them. Having the interns design the app was a bad idea.

Buggy

Menu and profile won’t load. Can’t add my vehicle for parking and the only way to access tickets is through the transfer email. The concert tickets were expensive and forced to use this unpolished app. Should’ve been more prepared for the grand opening of the venue. I just hope that in future events this app will actually work

The app is buggy and terribly coded

If you’re going to circumvent a well established app like Ticketmaster and REQUIRE customers to use your proprietary app to enter your venue, then you need to actually build a well functioning app. It’s like they hired the D grade coders to make this thing. It’s unintuitive. It’s buggy. It’s slow. It crashes every two seconds. And NO, I’m not giving you my biometric and facial recognition data because I don’t trust your team to keep my data safe. I did all the verification steps, and I still don’t have a barcode for my tickets that I paid $1000 for. And demanding that every person install their own app to get their ticket? Why? I paid for them? We’ll see how this concert goes, I guess.

Terrible

I’ve had the same blank screen for almost 2 days. Why even bother making this app if it’s not going to work even more so having to use it for concert tickets! They should of just left it as is!

What a convoluted fustercluck

First you need to sign up for the app after you download it, then it wants ALL your personal information (name, address, phone, credit card, photo, clear account link, ticketmaster account link).
I bought a few tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo concert for my daughter and her friends. I still can’t see them fully in the app even I accepted them. The app insists on also having the minors download the app which seems like way more than necessary tracking and data collection on minors. Even then, I’m not confident they’ll be able accept the tickets once I “assign” it to them.

If this is what concert going is for today’s generation, they’re probably look at some sad concert entries and lot of data or tickets stolen by bad folks.
