Can’t access my ticket
I can’t access my tickets. According to the app I need to “follow” the in app verification process before entering the arena but when I try to click on the link it just takes me to the website and won’t let me view my ticket. It’s so confusing.JIbx01
Transfer Function not working
The ticket Transfer function is not working properly. This needs to be fixed ASAP please.good4sound
Shocked it launched with this many bugs
Received the email to download the app prior to an upcoming event. So many bugs, empty screens, the sync with Ticketmaster and NBA is wonky when trying to create an account. Hope the bugs get fixed as it could make for a great experience in venueadsig
Unable to verify
I have tickets for a show next week opening the Intuit. This app says I have tickets and when I click VIEW it says I have to VERIFY my account still, which I thought it already has been. can’t transfer tickets
even after the recent update, i still can’t transfer my tickets. i tried to then it kicked me out and i got a email saying ticket i assigned was canceled. and now it doesn’t give me the option to transfer. would be way easier if we can just transfer from ticketmaster…kittypurrmeoww

It seems like they’ve fixed some of the major issues people were having which is great. Overall the just feels old and unprofessionally made. I’m only going to one event so I’ll end up uninstalling right after. But if you intend on being a regular, I hope they make the experience smoother for you guys!Show lessGorillaInTheCoupe
Terrible App!!!
You can’t access tickets…it sends you in a loop to reinstall app…total waste of time…the arena may be nice but if they don’t fix the app asap I’ll never go to another event at this venue!M19600
Issues Still There
Even after this current update, I still cannot view my ticket, assign or transfer them even after making an account and getting my 10$ off F&B. It says I do not need to verify but doesn’t tell me how to view my ticket. Or do any of the above. What was the point of the update? Please fix this before opening for concerts.Show lessJosaay
