Horrific App.
This app has made a birthday surprise for my wife a nightmare. So much for a surprise. She had to download an app and add a credit card just to enable her to receive her “surprise birthday gift”
This app makes you go around around to simply transfer a ticket. One of the questions is “ Are there any minors attending” but no box or other way of responding. I have been trying to transfer ticket for hours and have been unsuccessful. I have left 2 voicemail messages and have yet to hear back.
We will arrive a couple of hours early, hoping someone can show us how to transfer the ticket.

Worst app EVER created for venues
Daughter bought tickets for my wife and I. Setting aside the requirement that EVERYONE must download the app and hold a ticket the onboarding is needlessly extensive. But fine the app should be able to perform its primary function transfer and hold the tickets. A few hours away from concert time and the app will not transfer the tickets to me. We will have to seek a refund. A word the performers. Do not perform at this venue. Your fans won’t be able to attend. How is this connected to the former CEO of Microsoft🤪

App doesn’t work
I bought two tickets for a show for my parents tonight and not matter what I try, the ticket transfer does not work. I have tried email and phone number and no matter what, when I click transfer, nothing happens it just stays on the same window and the tickets don’t transfer. How are you gonna require that each person has the ticket on there phone/app and then not let the transfer work? I never leave bad reviews or reviews in general but this app is absolutely terrible.

Still some bugs but it’s going to make my life so much easier.
Extreme Violation of Privacy
This app feels like a blatant violation of my rights to access tickets. It demands far too much personal information, more than even a banking app would require. I shouldn’t have to sacrifice my privacy just to use a service like this. The amount of sensitive data they’re asking for is beyond excessive and feels like an extreme invasion of privacy. I cannot recommend this app to anyone concerned about safeguarding their personal information. An investigation needs to be done and backlash to ensure they change. I was going to go to a show but after the ordeal I went through o decided to sell my ticket.

Slow and unnecessary
Literally unnecessary to download an app just to receive Olivia Rodrigo concert tickets when I already have the Ticketmaster app. The app screens are slow to load and it’s a pain to have to skip through. I do not need to waste watching 15 second intro of the app that I’m forced to download before I can even create an account. And then you have to wait 3 seconds for the next animation to load on each screen. A total waste of time. I just want my tickets!

I won’t go to another event at Intuit
The amount of data mining needed to just go to an event is awful. No wonder the clippers can’t win any basketball games. They can’t event get entry into their arena right. Going for a concert and this has been such an awful process that I simply won’t go to anything else hosted at intuit. The app makes you feel violated with all the personal data they they want from you. When you’re done finally getting access to your tickets you feel like you had to sell your soul. The tickets already cost your body. #Failure. #Emotional damage.

No reason this app should exist
Its an unnecessary step to get into concerts that just adds room for more issues to get into the concert. It also made a brand new ticketmaster account for me because I didnt use the same email I had linked to my actual ticketmaster account at sign up. Why cant I just link my account after account creation? This app Seems like another way to collect user data for no reason other than to probably sell it. I shouldnt be forced to use this app if I bought my tickets through ticketmaster. Its already bad enough I have to use them.

Stupid Glitchy App
forcing us to download a separate app just to get access to a ticket you already bought in Ticketmaster is soooo dumb and unnecessary. Top it off the app is so glitchy and slow it logs you out when you just log in. I wish I could give this app 0 stars. Hopefully after their first show they learn their lesson and stop enforcing this.

Worst App Ever
I have never left an app review before, but this app is so terrible I felt compelled to let everyone(hopefully the people who thought having their own special app to enter the stadium was a good idea) know how terrible this. If you’re going to “require” people to download an app on their phone to enter a stadium to watch a show or event they paid for, you better make sure it works and works seamlessly. This app barely works, let alone seamlessly. Whoever thought this would be a good idea, you should be fired immediately. And to the team who created the app, do better. Either fix all the issues immediately or stop pushing the app as a “requirement” to enter the arena. Allow people to access their tickets on Ticketmaster and AXS, apps that actually work.
