  • The app is buggy and terribly coded

    If you’re going to circumvent a well established app like Ticketmaster and REQUIRE customers to use your proprietary app to enter your venue, then you need to actually build a well functioning app. It’s like they hired the D grade coders to make this thing. It’s unintuitive. It’s buggy. It’s slow. It crashes every two seconds. And NO, I’m not giving you my biometric and facial recognition data because I don’t trust your team to keep my data safe. I did all the verification steps, and I still don’t have a barcode for my tickets that I paid $1000 for. And demanding that every person install their own app to get their ticket? Why? I paid for them? We’ll see how this concert goes, I guess.

    I’ve had the same blank screen for almost 2 days. Why even bother making this app if it’s not going to work even more so having to use it for concert tickets! They should of just left it as is!
  • What a convoluted fustercluck

    First you need to sign up for the app after you download it, then it wants ALL your personal information (name, address, phone, credit card, photo, clear account link, ticketmaster account link).
    I bought a few tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo concert for my daughter and her friends. I still can’t see them fully in the app even I accepted them. The app insists on also having the minors download the app which seems like way more than necessary tracking and data collection on minors. Even then, I’m not confident they’ll be able accept the tickets once I “assign” it to them.

    If this is what concert going is for today’s generation, they’re probably look at some sad concert entries and lot of data or tickets stolen by bad folks.

  • App Doesn’t Even Load

    I need the app for the bruno mars concert coming up and it doesn’t even load. Everything on my phone and the app is updated. After i click set up payment it goes blank. I tried waiting, I tried clicking do later, but still doesn’t work.
  • Transfer doesn’t work; app crashes too often

    The people at intuit dome made this app so that we cannot transfer our tickets from ticketmaster to another phone. I bought the tickets to see Marco Antonio Solis for my parents on my Ticketmaster app, and it never told me I’m unable to transfer my tickets for the intuit dome. I have to work the day of the event so I can’t go to scan their tickets for them on my own phone. The app requires Face ID so I cannot create an account under my name with my email because I’m not the owner of the tickets and will not be attending.

    Why did they complicate this process so much?

  • Buggy

    Stuck on loading screen so I can’t do anything. Can’t add my vehicle for parking and the only way to access tickets is through the transfer email. The concert tickets were expensive and forced to use this unpolished app.
  • 0 stars if I could

    I did all the verifications and I still can’t view my ticket. This shouldn’t be happening, we are two days close to the opening night and I swear if I can’t get in due to this reason I’ll be very devastated. I bought the ticket when they barely came out. I waited months for this event, this shouldn’t be hard. The Sofi Stadium is soo much easier, they just have ticketmaster. I understand that they want to be different but it’s too difficult. This will be my first and last time going here.

  • literally can’t even open the app.

    i can’t even open the app. it just crashes whenever i try to open it… i need to transfer tickets. how are you gonna require us to use this app and the app doesn’t even perform basic functions. get it together. just stick to traditional ticketmaster scanning if you guys can’t execute this high tech stuff in time for the first event. way too complicated for absolutely no reason.

  • Stuck on grey screen

    I can’t get very far, the app is just stuck on a pale grey screen after initial login, I’ve quit and restarted many times- it’s just stuck, so I can’t even see what’s up on the app as that’s as far as I got. How much did the person who built this thing get paid? Yikes
  • I’m forced to install this app

    I’m forced to install this app so I can go to a concert my wife wants to attend. The onboarding experience is slower than molasses, I also can’t use a password manager to manage my password because then disallow pasting of passwords on the “verify password” field.

    It’s like they are doing everything they can to make it extremely difficult to use the app. The only thing I look forward to is being able to uninstall this app and asking to delete my personal data.
