No reason this app should exist
Its an unnecessary step to get into concerts that just adds room for more issues to get into the concert. It also made a brand new ticketmaster account for me because I didnt use the same email I had linked to my actual ticketmaster account at sign up. Why cant I just link my account after account creation? This app Seems like another way to collect user data for no reason other than to probably sell it. I shouldnt be forced to use this app if I bought my tickets through ticketmaster. Its already bad enough I have to use them.Show lessGood_appppp
Stupid Glitchy App
forcing us to download a separate app just to get access to a ticket you already bought in Ticketmaster is soooo dumb and unnecessary. Top it off the app is so glitchy and slow it logs you out when you just log in. I wish I could give this app 0 stars. Worst App Ever
I have never left an app review before, but this app is so terrible I felt compelled to let everyone(hopefully the people who thought having their own special app to enter the stadium was a good idea) know how terrible this. If you’re going to “require” people to download an app on their phone to enter a stadium to watch a show or event they paid for, you better make sure it works and works seamlessly. This app barely works, let alone seamlessly. Whoever thought this would be a good idea, you should be fired immediately. And to the team who created the app, do better. Either fix all the issues immediately or stop pushing the app as a “requirement” to enter the arena. This app is absolutely horrific
This app is littered with glitches, error messages, and unable to process data or ACCESS YOUR OWN TICKETS all 2 hours before an event. This app disgusts me so vehemently that it alone will stop me from going to events at the Intuit dome in the future. Horrific experience. I cannot believe an app that achieves this level of disgrace has partnered with the major and respectable entities that are Ticketmaster and the Clippers.
Further, this app forces each person in your party to independently download the app and have their own tickets on their own device. I’m 21 and can hardly figure it out, there is no way my 80 year grandmother will be able to figure it out. The app endeavors to reinvent the wheel in that they make you add your own payment info rather than just using contactless payment like literally other every establishment that also claims to be cashless, entices you to add an ID pass to your apple wallet without indicating what that ID pass even does, and does not show your ticket barcode when on the ticket page. Needless to say this app fails miserably at what it has sought out to do.Show lessSassy Tattler
Horrible app
I never leave reviews for anything and I felt the need to let everyone know how bad this app is. Downloaded it to go to the Bruno mars concert and it took me 25 minutes to set up, with the app crashing multiple times, and then it logged me out. Attempted to re log in over 10 times to find out my account info wasn’t saved due to the app crashing so I had to take another 25 minutes to set it up AGAIN. If I could leave this app 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience and I will be deleting it right after the event. Hopefully I never need to use it again.Show lessJAL987654321
Terrible app
The app takes extremely long to load simple tasks, and yet sometimes fails. It has forced Ticketmaster where I bought my tickets to download this app in order to go to an event. But the tickets will not load and all I get is errors and to login in again for some reason. Do not download until they have fixed these issuesShow lessSevy18363
Too much for one concert
This entire app and process is beyond stupid. Had I known I’d need to do all these things when I bought the ticket I would have passed. Then the each person needs their own device ? If taking my niece to a concert I now need to buy her a phone to enter ? And also giveaway all her information. If the goal was to create the most complicated process to attend an event, then I’ll switch to a 5 star rating for a job well done. Cant access tickets after transferring them or access parking pass. Keep getting message about jumping thru the required hurdles even after doing them. Having the interns design the app was a bad idea.Show less4EofT
Buggy
Menu and profile won’t load. Can’t add my vehicle for parking and the only way to access tickets is through the transfer email. The concert tickets were expensive and forced to use this unpolished app. Should’ve been more prepared for the grand opening of the venue.
