Another app that doesn’t work with my phone, Farm or harvest which I got new from you guys
The old AG app was better
Not liking the new upgrade so far. It’s not as intuitive as the previous version….items on the app are not well organized for ease of use. One thing I do like, being able to go directly to AG website directly from the app.

I would give 5 stars if i didn’t have to log in to the cloud to use the app. No one likes the idea of our data being harvested by our harvest….

Need old app back
New app can’t access my garden. I want my old app back. I don’t want to give my phone number for your data collection. Without creating a new account and logging in through your new app, my AeroGarden is useless. This app will be the reason why I never give another AeroGarden as a gift
Like the app but messed up my planter
Ever since the new app, my pumps are not running. The planter will not update the number days planted or update to the plant food days. My tomatoes are starting to wilt and die. Super frustrating (and expensive).

The day counter issue has been resolved. We are not aware of any issues impacting the pump.

Nice looking app but it has a few big bugs
The old app was working fine and should still be available until this app is working properly.
It messed up my settings .
I have to log in almost every time i open the app.
I don’t like that i have to log in to the aerogarden cloud to use the app.
I’ve deleted this app and will do without until the bugs are worked out.
The new app looks good but the old app was good enough and worked flawlessly. I liked the landscape mode also.
Please fix these issues and i will update my review.

Does not work.
Same issue as previous reviewer. Does not change light height on a Farm Plus.

If you hold down the Up/Down arrows in the app then it will move the light until you release the button. You are required to be on the same WiFi network for this feature to work.
Does not work with one of their most expensive products!
I tried to use this with a “Farm” and it does not even work to turn the lights on and off. I am not looking forward to checking what else does not work…
