Amazing app, user friendly, best app out in the market to track your fitness goals with readily available templates too, to start off your fitness journey. Kudos to the creator for keeping the app free!!!Huge boost for meeting my fitness goals
I love this app! I used to workout all the time and always wanted a way to log and track my workouts, but never found anything that worked well for me. I’ve recently gotten back into the swing of things and this has been really helpful in doing so - it’s got every exercise, seamless to use and a nice design. Not only helpful for tracking, but also reminding and motivating me to build the habit. Excited to get my bicep vein back 💪Loving the app so far!
Total fitness beginner who found this app from Reddit and have been finding it super helpful as I start trying to exercise regularly. One suggestion I have is to add another filter to the exercises for what’s needed for them, for example something like “Machine”, “Equipment” (so bands, dumbbells, etc), and “No Equipment”. This would make it easier to filter which exercises to do, depending on if you can go to the gym that day vs if you’d be working out from home with limited equipment.
