App needs work
Since you closed the Plano TX location (my longtime favorite) 3 weeks ago, it would be helpful to remove it from the app.
App does not record your purchases
Title says it all. Purchases movie tickets and they dont show up in prior purchases. Also this negates their frequent movie watcher program and you get ZERO points when purchasing on the app.

Was this app released just to troll users? Or poll users? Or feed off the energy/create energies of frustration, anger, in folks?
If anyone turned in something like this in school, they would fail!! It's disrespectful to actual UI design to release this publicly. I feel disappointed in everyone who approved of this embarrassing release in Spring 2024. An app like this in 2024. YIKES! To the ones who were not listened to/over ruled please know you deserve better environments for your time and talents (((HUGS))) Time is a precious resource as are you. Happiness. Value. Values. To feel valued. This app needs a redo. Try again.

A disaster
The old app worked great, but they force you to get this new one rather than applying updates to the old app. This one is a mess. Links don’t work or take you to the wrong page, it’s really clunky, not intuitive. This app needs a total redo. Whoever is involved in development for your company should be fired.

Missing tickets
1 star for one simple reason. Literally saw my tickets in the app hours before the show, and yet once I arrive and need the tickets to be admitted, they’re suddenly not found in the app anymore. Great job app makers!
Horrendous App
Basic functionality like auto-filling CC # is broken, as is a lot of other basic features. Previous app wasn’t great, but this one is broken in many ways. Do better, Angelika.

Disaster
The old app was clean, easy to navigate, and worked well. It was ridiculously easy to use. The new app is a mess - a riot of fonts and both underlined and encircled info all jammed together amid a barrage of ads that change too quickly to pique interest. Finding your ticket is a major investigative undertaking. Whoever programmed this should be fired. Seriously. Fired. It is the most user- UNfriendly app I have ever encountered.

You can’t find your tix on the app
Why did I go to the trouble of downloading an app if I can’t easily access my tickets? Why can’t I add my tickets to Apple wallet like with every other theater? Why can’t I pay with Apple Pay? I don’t want to save my credit card info on an unsecure app so now I will have to enter it every time? The old app was fine and the new app is so pointless
