Terrible update

Awful, Unusable
App is atrocious. The interface is not user friendly. It is a mirror copy of their website which is already bad enough. Tried to check out with tickets five times and was unsuccessful every time. Bring back the old app.
Not good.
I love Angelika fwiw. The new app is very poorly designed; I don’t even know where my purchased tickets are which is the most important user flow to solve for besides buying. There’s also some extremely poor UX decisions and dark patterns in the app like forcing a new login due to the new app being created; that’s really bad.
I’m a designer, if you want to redesign this, let me know.

New system doesn’t work!
Why did you mess with the old app?

My neighborhood movie get-away is complicated and I seem to have lost my accumulated points. No name,
because I love this place….and want it fixed!

No good.
This is worse than the last app. I can’t buy tickets on it, which defeats the very purpose of it. There also is no section where I can see the tickets I purchased, and this was helpful as well as it served as a safekeeping of nostalgic memories. In conclusion, the new app is not good.
Please roll back the original app
This new UI is awful, and it doesn’t display any of my membership info.
Bad Design
Nonsensical design, no obvious place to find tickets (they’re under your profile but no mention of tickets), previous ticket history is gone, and auditorium numbers aren’t listed.
Purchased tickets and they were not honored
Purchased two tickets in the app last Saturday only to have the Mosaic location not honor them. They didn’t see the tickets in their system even though I had the email confirmation, the email tickets, and the tickets in the app. Theater manager made me buy a second set of tickets and refused to assist in any meaningful way. Told me to take it up with my credit card, which of course told me to contact the merchant. I reached out to Angelika support that same evening and have heard nothing since. Don’t buy tickets online or in the app, and don’t count on the inept management at Mosaic.

The old app worked better despite having issues
I switched to this app since the old app encouraged me to download it. I try to buy tickets, but when I get to the payment section, it refreshes and takes me back to the movie selection. When I try to choose my seats, it tells me it’s unavailable. It happened three times for the same movie and I find it hard to believe that someone is choosing the same exact seats I’m selecting at the same time.
