Be careful new parents. Book is great. However, misleading customers with the app. I didn’t know I was signing up for the free trial, it’s automatic when purchasing the book. No way to cancel subscription, no notification that free trial is due to expire to allow time to cancel and no refund given for unauthorised payment. Very disappointed with customer service and their neglect to redevelop their all to clearly see subscription status and option to cancel. Genuine companies notify their customers when subscriptions are expire and payments are due. Genuine companies understand that good customer service and the word of mouth referrals from happy customers is worth more than the £25 they refused to refund.
