    And I told you that your online order messed up itself and automatically wrote wrong name on the book please fix it. But you just sent the book asis.

  • SCAM SCAM It’s a scam and you never get your money back

    I ordered a book for my baby. They asked for my bank details, then moved to the next page and asked for extra money for a hardcover. I was happy to pay because I wanted the book for my baby. However, on the following pages of the website, they kept trying to get more money. Then came a >$150 lifetime subscription, which I never wanted. I wasn’t even aware of the app before, so why would I subscribe for a lifetime? There was no "back" button for accidentally pressed options, and no final confirmation at the end—they took the money immediately after I clicked. I emailed them to request a refund for the $150 for the useless lifetime subscription. Below is their reply, stating that they will not give me a refund for something that I don’t want: Thank you for your message. I am deeply sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with our product. Unfortunately, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless the product failed to be delivered due to a technical fault on our end. Since the item was correctly delivered, we are unable to issue you a refund.

  • Disastrous subscription system

    Absolutely appalled with the company that manages this. You get a free trial when purchasing a book and after which they will automatically charge you £24 without any notice, email or notification. There is no billing/subscription area in the app nor is it connected to your iTunes subscriptions!!! Please be aware of this. It’s the classic way of skimming off the top. And quite frankly the app isn’t worth £24. There are better free apps available!

  • Scam! They automatically deduct a payment!

    Beware! I ordered the book and to my surprise, I haven’t got my book and they have deducted a monthly payment for this app which I did not ask for. Don’t ever buy the book as it will take more than a month to get. I still haven’t got it. The app itself is a scam. A waste of money!

When purchasing the book, a free trial of the app is included, which automatically converts into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
