Good app needs to easier to navigate
I really enjoy the app, the issue I have is not being able to navigate efficiently, say for instance finding the turn off your card option you would think it would appear on the main page , it’s hard to find , and also I’ve noticed it’s difficult for me to find where to pay my car note with a credit card , that’s about all that I have problems with , I have to keep searching and scrolling for something that should simply be right in front of my eyes or just have an options tab to make it simpler to find how to pay my car loan. Other than that I really love my banking institution great service in person and the teller/atm options.

Vantage CU staff at the Lindbergh location always provide supreme customer service. In this high tech world of online banking, I experienced a Bill Pay incident that involved cross services of Vantage CU and another financial institution. The issue took three months to resolve but team Lindbergh persisted throughout the process. Hats off to Lori Bramstedt, Assistant Branch Manager and her staff who persisted until the issue was resolved.

I liked calling on phone better. There’s no choice so I’m making the best of it.
Changes Need To Be Made
At first glance , Checking should be first, Overdraft second, Savings and then IRA. Then Loans and Labeled Platinum Master Card. My Joint Account should be completely separate from my account and should be listed last. Also transactions made and showing pending should still show in the order and time they where made. All transaction should be in the order they where made regardless whether there pending or not. When Overdraft is used that also is not shown as used until later when it to should show an immediate use of. I receive minus on my account after a transaction so I made a transfer for funds but I could not see the amount on overdraft that was deducted.

Love the new features. Was impressed with the new tools. The FAQ was and excellent assistance along with the easy to understand videos to help get signed on in Why Vantage, Membership Perks, Digital Banking at the bottom. Better transfer options too! Member for over 16 years.
This is so much worse.
Give me the old app over this any day. The old app let you do basically everything you can with this except the font was better, ease of access was better, it had a widget where I could swipe over and check my account balance without having to open the whole app. Now the font is way harder to read the color difference between deposits and withdrawals and static amounts is almost imperceptible compared to what it used to be. I don’t know if they were going for a more modern look but this is not it honey. This is not it.
