I have tried CMB as a paid user for 6 months and could not justify the cost. I have tried many other apps (tinder, bumble, hinge), all of which offered much better user experiences. My daily experience with CMB is getting a notification of “Here’s a bagel that liked you!” to then scroll through 30 people, none of which have liked my profile. I suspect that my profile is being shown outside of the distance I’ve set in my preferences, so maybe that’s why they’re not showing up in my feed. Even as a paid user I was getting likes from, in one particular case, someone who lived hundreds of miles away (Montreal). Don’t waste your time. Try something more mainstream like hinge. Note to developer: please do not leave a developer comment I have no interest in having your PR team reach out in an attempt to appear receptive and responsive.
